It is a horrible horrible platform that is definitely not worth the money - I do not go around writing reviews but here I could not help it
Platform is with so many limits and analytics is low but the worst experience was with cancellation. You have to delete sites and everything but it’s not it. You have to manually message and wait for people to reply to you in support to cancel everything. They confirm they cancelled and next month I get charged again. They confirm they cancelled ! It’s via support messaging waiting for real people and not automated in any way

Their website builder above Notion is one of the best out there, i'm using it for several websites.
Big plus: their support is excellent, best in class. They answer fast, are always helpful and help you out.
Minus (one star less): their pricing. It's expensive compared to other solutions, and they are not offering deals and flexible pricing related to specific needs. This is very sad, and it's why i'm always looking for alternatives like Bullet.so and others.
If they can provide more discounts and flexible pricing, i will add one star.

I subscribed to a premium account for approximately $144 per year. However, the analytics service incurs an additional $10 per month, with charges increasing if traffic grows. This means the analytics fee can easily exceed the cost of the premium subscription itself. In my case, I was charged an additional $100, even though I barely used the service (there wasn’t much traffic to monitor, especially on my personal website), bringing my total cost to $244.

What’s even more troubling is the lack of clear communication about these charges, particularly for yearly subscribers. The monthly analytics fees are automatically applied and reconciled at the end of the subscription period without sufficient transparency, and there is no way to monitor these charges in real time.

For context, Google Analytics offers a similar service for free.

Nothing special. Only used it to then use memberspace to gate content. Overly complicated to cancel subscription.

Outstanding customer support, making it highly recommended for any business that uses Notion. It offers an intuitive interface, ensuring ease of use, and presents a superb solution for companies utilizing Notion for their systems and looking to share specific sections with their clients.
