The rug was shipped quickly and looks so good! Very well made and exactly as pictured. I ended up ordering a second one!

Shipping to Alaska is not an easy experience for any company. This one handled it well once our rugs got off the East Coast. They bounced up and down for a bit!! I was worried for a bit. They were packaged well and came in great shape. The rug creases took longer than the 3-5 days stated to work out but with coaxing they are now flat. We LOVE them and happy we chose this company. They were up front and honest with their product and I would buy from them again.

A real person actually answered the phone.
They answered promptly.
He helped me through all my questions and made suggestions.

I placed an order for rugs for my entire home and when received, the rugs were beautiful until you looked at the edging on ALL of the rugs. The edging got thinner and thinner and it looks like they could fray at any minute in these spots. Very sad.

Honestly i had to cancel the rug because of the size i did not realize when i ordered for the second time i ordered the same one in a panic i contacted customer service by email they responded almost immediately when i wrote what my problem was, they cancelled the order for me no questions asked what great customer service i could have not been happier other business would have said sorry order already shipped but not Super Area rugs. Thank you for going above and beyond

I bought a set of these rugs two years ago from Wayfair. I needed 2 more and Wayfair doesn't seem to carry them any more. Thank goodness I found them on your site, with even more selection choices. Love these rugs!
