First time using superbike factory to sell my bike to, they made the whole experience go smoothly, from speaking on the phone down to picking the bike up for collection. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future

Good customer service from sales, but after this it went downhill a bit. The person I was messaging was doing the best they could, but I noticed the front wheel\tyre seemed to be on backwards, and was sent the picture below to show that the tread runs in the direction of the arrow, clearly it's not a picture of the tyre on the bike, it's a picture of a random tyre in the workshop! What does that prove?!
The delivery service they use, seven days later still hadn't collected the bike. It says to not contact them so I left a review accordingly, the next day they called me, and the day after that they finally picked the bike up, and "Put it in storage"
So it's over a week now, and it's looking like probably over 2 weeks before I get the delivery of the bike that I'm paying to not have, and no one from anywhere wants to take ownership of this issue!
Absolutely disgusted in the after sales…
Absolutely disgusted in the after sales service. Bike needs a repair within 2 weeks of having it. Thats not the problem. The problem is, I phoned the warranty guys and they do not recognise me or the bike. I spent 3 hours trying to get through to someone on the phone and nothing. Eventually got to speak to someone. But guess what no messages passed on, no phone call back.
This is the Macclesfield branch.

Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good, and I’m very happy with the bike I purchased from Macclesfield branch. However, there were a few crossed wires as a result of sales staff not being entirely au-fait with other aspects of the bike trade - so much so that I was almost at the point of cancelling a deal that has turned out to be one of the best bikes I have ever owned. Such crossed wires could simply be sorted by ensuring less experienced staff are taken through an appropriate induction process. Almost by accident I spoke to someone at Crawley, who had a background in customer relations, and her knowledge on this front saved the deal and my confidence. Overall, a great experience and the product purchased is just the best.
One star for Superbike factory
One star for Superbike factory. Otherwise 4.5 stars for the bike. I'll cut to the chase. If you want a nice bike with absolutely no usable warranty, buy private or go to Superbike Factory Macclesfield. It's the same experience. They will NOT answer the phone under any circumstances and will NOT return any email or text. Absolute complete waste of time buying through them. I now have a bike I haven't used in two weeks with a dud battery. I have tried to contact them from day ONE!. Eventually the Donington branch answered and offered to immediately send a battery out on Macclesfield's behalf. A week later, nothing, and they too now don't answer calls!. Oh, and dont try emailing the warranty email address, it doesn't exist. Save yourself a lot of grief, just go elsewhere. Worst experience of my 40+ bikes I've owned.

Tread carefully
The start of my buying process went really smooth. Fantastic communication, really informative and anything they were unsure of, they were able to come back with answers. They provided everything I asked for. Once the bike was delivered, that's when everything started going downhill. As the bike was delivered, the driver mentioned that the horn was not working and explained that he had already falgged it up. I also noticed the left pillion footpeg was missing. I accepted the delivery of the bike due to the fantastic communicaton I experienced in the beginning, but when it came to reporting these issues, there was no answer from them. It was weeks after the bike was delivered before I received any reply to my numerous messages and emails and even then they were useless. Making false promises and telling me one of their colleagues would call me to discuss the next steps, and never called.
I am now out of pocket for the horn repair and new pillion footpeg and still have no word from them.
I would not reccommend using them to purchase a bike, but if you do, be very careful and don't always believe the promises they make.

Bike delivered not running properly and with faulty brakes and tire pressures
I bought an Indian chieftain from Super Bike Factory. The negotiated price seemed reasonable and they were very keen to get my deposit. They then wanted full payment before giving a date for the bike to go through their workshop for full set of checks, service and MOT. I paid in full and then silence. They cannot be reached by phone and do not reply to emails. I emailed and asked to cancel the sale and be refunded as it was still within the 14 days. This brought a reaction with a date for workshop and delivery.
When the bike was delivered after the agreed date, it was only firing on one cylinder, had error codes on the dash, engine light on and tires were almost flat. Again they could not be reached by phone and did not initially respond to emails. Eventually I did reach them. They said the bike came with full years warranty cover. I pointed out that I had not included the extra warranty. They said they included it. It seems they wanted to wash their hand of it and hand it over to the warranty company. I called the warranty company and was told that, as the problems has occurred within the 24 hours and as delivered, they would not cover it. Super bike factory could not be reached.
I gave up and took it to my local dealer who said one of the spark plus was completely closed. They sorted the other problems and I asked for a full service and MOT check as super bike factory clearly couldn’t be relied upon to have done it. I took the hit and paid for it all myself. Bike is now ok apart from a sticky rear break cylinder which I’m getting sorted.
Oh, and the reason they have so many positive reviews is that they want you to leave a positive review before delivering the bike.
Super Bike Factory should at least have their MOT license revoked as the bike was not road worthy with ties and breaks in that condition.
Bad communication from sales agent Alex Hulme
I recently purchased a bike from Superbike Factory and, unfortunately, the experience has been far from what I expected.
When I collected the bike, I found damage to the clutch cover and a chip on the rear wheel—neither of which were disclosed to me prior to purchase. I made sure this was noted on the handover paperwork at the time, so there is a clear record of these issues from collection.
What has made this significantly worse is the poor level of communication from Alex Hulme. I have made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and email and have received no response. I was also told I would be called back, and after speaking to one of his colleagues—who confirmed she had managed to get in contact with him—I was assured he would return my call. This still did not happen.
In addition, the limited email responses I have received have been unprofessional and lacking even basic email etiquette, which only adds to the frustration. For someone in a customer-facing role, this standard of communication is simply not acceptable.
To be clear, this would have been a much better review if the communication had been handled properly. Issues can be resolved, but being ignored and receiving unprofessional responses is unacceptable.
At this stage, the aftersales support has been extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for a response to address the issues raised.
