Instant payment made for a item (confirmed with paypal receipt) A week had passed with no dispatch made. Made contact and was told payment hadn't been received (Must of been lost in outer space or something) No apology offered or any gesture of good will. Item eventually arrived but not
without severe inconvenience and quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. Reviews seem to echo these problems, total embarrassment, cowboy central. Avoid like the plague.

I order a product for my Superb, the product was not as in description.
I returned the product and they told me that they will refund me the money, after many emails and two months passed still no money back.
They are thieves.

Ordered a front grill for my fabia since June....still no show. Cant get hold of anyone at superskoda. Awful customer service

I am client of this shop from 2011. Bought lot of rare and very high quality things usually relatively chip. Fast delivery. I am in Israel delivery to my country usually is a problem.

Great unless you have an issue with your order then you experience very poor after sales service - basically they do not give a dam. Received a boot mat with damaged clips, this was not due to rough handling, asked if replacement clips could be provided - had to chase for reply 'manufacturer does not supply clips' no further suggested action.

I reply that I can source clips but expect a refund of perhaps 20% for the faulty goods which I had to repair - no reply so having to chase again. I have spent a fair bit of money with this company over the years but now they have lost me as a customer.

Avoid.

Can't fault their service. I ordered a left hand drive set of mats by mistake and they contacted me to check. Fast delivery and a quality product.

Sent the wrong product despite me asking them to check it first, then won’t accept liability for it.

See the other negative reviews about them, they are rude and liars. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased today in th UK, 19 Jun 2020, oem rubber mats and over tunnel oem rubber mat for my Octavia 3.
Had PayPal confirmation email and a superskoda email confirmation. Will update my review over the next few days and re-rate accordingly.
Tracking system working well, box was delivered to my neighbour yesterday 25th June.
Good experience overall and quite fast delivery considering how far it came from.
Items are ok and fit very well.

They don't send anything!!!and they don't refund the money!!!Dont reply to emails!!!Don't buy anything from this site!!!Fraud!

This is the actual email i sent them after they sent me a refund a few days ago without any communications. It's clear they scam with products they dont have but are heavy and expensive to ship. Then refund the product and legally they have a loophole to keep the shipping on the heavier quoted initial parcel. Mine was half the weight and no answer all day been emailing yesterday to make the sale they email me reply within half n hour MAX of receivong each of my emails.

Attached i have the screen shot of the order as it would reflect the actual available items minus the one i was refunded for.

I received a refund of 32 euro to my paypal yesterday, for item with product code O3-HDSTL.

which cost me 40 euro minus the 20% sale discount i received. due to the sale that was on. Order n0 140344 with total of the 4 items weighing just over 6kg and cost 102.27 Euro for shipping.

However of that order if you check the you mus not have had the item there for i was refunded for it, which i appreciate.

BUT the PROBLEM IS that the weight of the parcel without the refunded item is 3.5kg as you'll see from the attached sreen shot i made an order to check the shipping and it was 65.10Euro and i paid 102.27 for the 6kg that it would have weighed, so we have a weight of 3.5 kg and as such the shipping should be 37.17Euro LESS.

Ordered a bumper protector for my Octavia said cant send to me as my Paypal address does not match my home address the manager cancelled my order still waiting for a money refund off them

They dont do delivery to Slovakia and Czech Republic. Nice freaking meme guys. :D

Pessimi!! Ho comprato due pezzi da loro, ma me ne hanno spedito solo uno. Ho fatto presente il problema e piuttosto che regalarmi 9 € di spese di spedizione (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RIPETO 9 €!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) hanno preferito rimborsarmi, lasciandomi, dopo due mesi, senza il pezzo ordinato. Non hanno mai risposto al reclamo Paypal, se non su mia insistenza e a distanza di una settimana. Professionalità zero. Semplicemente terribili, preferiscono non perdere una manciata di euro piuttosto che soddisfare i propri clienti. Da evitare assolutamente!!!!!!!!!!!!

They wont replace or refund on sub standard parts.
My advice is to pend your money elsewhere.

Excellent experience. Genuine Skoda parts and accessories. Much cheaper than buying from local dealer in UK.

Bought a genuine Skoda first aid kit in June 2018.

When it arrived it was over 3 years old, with less than 12 months away from the 4 year expiry date.

Emailed them to let them know. No response.

Emailed them again. Still no response.

My advice... avoid.
