Just received a €100 jar of supplements that is expired. What a waste of time and resources. I would not trust them. So far received only an AI response. Let's see if they even care to reply.

Delivery from the Netherlands was fast. However the products had a very short expiry date that wasn't stated when I purchased them. I have sent a request for clarification and asked for a solution via email on the same day of delivery.
Since them it's been a slow and nerve-wrecking back and forth with the customer "service". Their latest reply was that I have NOW missed the window to ask for a refund. By the way the return policies were just changed on their website just a day ago...
It's been due customer "service" that the delay happened and that the problem has not been solved yet.

I have now requested a refund for my order SG45774 from 22nd November 2025 via PayPal (request No. PP-R-AWJ-614942634) as the customer service doesn't help.

It's been my first and last purchase at this company.

It’s a good site with a wide range of supplements but they cheapskate by using Evri who don’t deliver to many areas including mine (something Supplement Hub should but doesn’t check with Evri) which render them useless. They then don’t follow up with Evri to get the package back and don’t refund. So no overall a negative experience.

After an initial disagreement, supplement hub to their credit did then help me out with a black Friday offer, not only this but Evri completely ruined the order dropping the supplements from height over my garden entry into a puddle. Evri, although admitting fault, wouldn't sort it with me directly, saying the retailer (in this case supplement hub) would have to claim on my behalf, supplement hub sorted this for me even though as I currently understand it they are still in the midst of claiming from Evri.

Parcel blocked at the local FedEx hub, and I have never been able to contact them.
Supplement Hub eventually reacted very professionally (thanks Josephine!) and refunded me.
While I could not be delivered this time, the blame is on FedEx and I have been very satisfied with previous orders from Supplement Hub, so 5 stars deserved!

Excellent site. Very efficient. I was worried about using this site but decided to buy a supplement I couldn't get anywhere else in UK. I ordered the product and it was delivered the next day by Evri! Fantastic service. Very impressed! I made a second order and it was delivered the next day. The supplements have a long use by date. Excellent quality. I wish I had ordered other supplements from Supplement Hub as I am still waiting for other companies to deliver! Thank you for your diligent service. I will definitely be back to order again from you.

I was a bit hesitant to buy because of a few bad reviews i’d saw but I am so impressed with this company. Ordered 3 different supplements on Monday and all arrived together today (Wednesday).
I have never wrote a review on here before but just thought I would in case anyone else is hesitating to buy like I was.

I was glad to find this product, which other suppliers were out of or had given up selling. The delivery was much faster than I expected, thank you.

Is it a scam or what? I have ordered two items on 8th of January and it is 21 today but haven’t received anything from them yet! I tried to call them but since they don’t have any contact number, I emailed them. But guess what I just received an AI generated reply saying it will address the issue but still nothing has been done. I don’t want the items anymore!! I just want my money back PLEASE!

ORDER SH87736. Ordered on Friday 12:30, money taken but my order appears not to have been fulfilled the same day. No update today on when I might receive my order or even if it has been processed. This is day 1 of 2 day shipment league time. I have tried your customer telephone number but there is no answer? It doesn’t sound like a UK dialling tone, more like an overseas tone? Can you (and not an AI generated response) inform me when I am now likely to revive my order. New Year’s resolution-I’m going to stick with Amazon, they appear to be the only company that can get items to your door as outlined when you place an order
Update:customer service have responded to my issues with my item not been dispatched the same working day and have arranged for delivery promptly by DPD for tomorrow. This will resolve my issue which I’m appreciative for!

Great service

I ordered a wrong product and within 5-10 of ordering. I mailed them and gave them explanation to exchange it for another one, from there website. But they didn't entertained my request. Very poor behaviour.

Goods havent been deliverd, without any information. 2 weeks waiting and still no news.

Supplement Hub have a great range of products.
Easy to order from the website, and delivery was super quick.
