Dite che mi avete contattato ma mandate solo messaggi automatici e non si può rispondere .
Mi avete RUBATO I SOLDI E POI AVETE BLOCCATO LACCOUNT !
Dite che la banca ha contestato i pagamenti vi ho chiesto con 5 mail la copia della contestazione che ha fatto la banca perché così posso fare denuncia , ma non mi avete mai risposto e mai mandato nulla ! Sarà perché avete capito che vali fare la denuncia ?
A questi commenti rispondete inutilmente che controllerete il mio account e che mi risponderete via mail ! Ma nulla e mai cambiato !
VOI DOVETE RISPONDERE ALLE MIE DIMANDE NON A QUEL CAxxO CHE VI PARE !!!!!!!!!!!
Datemi la prova della banca che ha contestato i pagamenti che ho ricevuto e che devo far denuncia !!!! Senza far i soliti giochetti da truffatori !!!

Denunciamos (al igual que muchos otros por aquí) ser victimitas de estafa por parte de Stripe, despues de 2.000 transacciones con diferentes clientes sin reclamos o quejas hacia nuestro servicio, nos han registringido el servicio y robado nuestro fotos en la cuenta (10.000 USD) sin darnos explicación alguna del porque, no responden nuestros mensajes por email y nos han quitado la opción de comunicarnos con soporte.

Procederemos a realizar las denuncias a las autoridades, ya estamos en conversaciones con nuestros abogados y denunciando ante la CFPB y FTC.

Por favor mantengase alejado de este servicio si no quiere que su empresa se vea afectada de la nada, sin explicacion y que sea robado su dinero.

Hallo Ich habe im April 2024 von meinem Zahlungsempfänger einen Link zum Bezahlen via Stripe bekommen.
Nach dem ich das Geld geschickt habe, merkte der Empfänger das das Geld am Falschen Konto gelandet ist.
Daraufhin hat der Empfänger im Stripe Dashboard den Button „Rückerstattung“ angeklickt.
Leider kommt hier immer eine Fehlermeldung (Die Anfrage einer Rückerstattung ist fehlgeschlagen) und das jetzt schon seit dem 11.04.2024.
Der Support findet keine Lösung.
Ich als nicht Kunde da ich ja nur der Sender via meine Bank bin kann nichts unternehmen.
Der Support von Stripe meinte ich soll mich an meine Bank wenden und eine Reklamation beantragen.
Meine Bank meinte das ist möglich kostet aber etwas.
Die Bank hat sich dann ein paar Tage später bei mir gemeldet und mir mitgeteilt das Stripe die Reklamation abgelehnt hat.
Mhh Komisch zuerst wird mir dieser Vorgang empfohlen und dann wird der Vorgang abgelehnt.
Der Support konnte mir wieder nicht helfen.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat sich der Support nicht mehr gemeldet.

Stripe behält einfach mein Geld ein ohne jegliche Stellungnahme bzw. Begründung dazu.

Somit ist ein Stern schon Zuviel.

Sollte ich mein Geld zurück bekommen werde ich die Bewertung anpassen.
Aber bis dahin kann ich nur Sagen Finger weg von solchen Unseriösen Firmen.

This indicates that the people who deal with users are lazy and unprofessional and do not understand the nature of business. The system just blocks the account while they are sitting around eating spaghetti.

The height of carless and scam is that classifications exist, for example, you are a design services provider. They have all of this in the category. Yet they act racist... Hold your money and they never responded or get back the money??? They scam you???

What is this decadence for those who run this site? Very bad experience...

BLOCKED FOR NO REASON
hello, they told me that I don't meet terms and conditions and after an additional audit they can't support me as a company and that I have too high a risk for them, I've passed these audits before and I don't see it as a fair thing that now my money is stuck inside. It's 18k with 3 in reserve that was used to cover future disputes. I don't agree with this decision and I'm willing to put a lawyer on it because I don't see it as a fair thing.

About Email Verification
I have provided all the required submission documents as requested, but I am offering FACEBOOK to sell products on my site, I don't know why this issue is triggered, and I can't find any submission entry regarding email verification. Is STRIPE forcibly closing my account for no reason? I am a legitimate company, selling legally online, and I cannot accept this kind of banditry.
I finished my identity verifying on Dec,22 when I finished my STRIPE account. None of my orders have been disputed or even failed. I can't understand what this email is trying to tell me. Shouldn't we small business entrepreneurs use STRIPE? Will STRIPE charge me for processing the order in these two days?
I even think STRIPE is a scam! Because STRIPE doesn't have online customer service and shut down my account at will, I've seen this happen to a lot of people on REDDIT as well. If not, I hope I can guarantee my rights through legal means!! STRIPE has no human vetting at all, just randomly harvesting everyone's wealth through the system.
