Not convinced by this device. Either the guy was working on multiple things or he wasn’t quite sure what he was doing. I paid money for someone to spend approximately 20 minutes right clicking files. He created a single new profile which I could’ve done in 10 seconds.
*update - the reply I do not agree with. The remote connection constantly dropped and the guy was not what I would class as highly skilled. In the space of 15 minutes he managed to right click a bunch of stuff and create a new desktop profile. He wasn’t even looking in the right areas. I’ve worked in software testing for years and can tell when someone isn’t sure if what they’re doing.

Andrew H. Absolutely excellent service. Very knowledgeable and fixed our computer. Also recommended security features, ordered us a new iPhone , keyboard and mouse. Returned to assist with set up and confirmed all devices worked properly. Highly recommend this service and their Nerds.

Typed in my request and got an immediate response from friendly and professional nerd Hemanth. Problem sorted efficiently via remote desktop control and whatsapp conversation. Not cheap but sensibly priced based on time spent. Only one slight issue is the global nature of their business means understanding conversation can be a little difficult, but not a major problem. Highly recommended.

Excellent service.
Very pleased with the ease with which I was able to solve my problem.
The tech support was seamless - very polite and professional.
Having booked a home visit the ‘techie’ called me to discuss the problem and we arranged a mutual time for the visit.
The job was completed with absolute satisfaction. Thank you.

It was 10pm (deadline was before midnight) and my son was unable to attach his music audition to send in. The error message said the file was too large. Vincent helped him to get it attached and sent. Thank you Vincent!

I am not a nerd, so using this app was a god send. Glenn was very efficient and soon found the problem, would highly recommend if u are like me and not a nerd it really is money well spent.

The worst! If I could leave negative stars I would. This site is an absolute scam. I scheduled an appointment at 4:45pm PST, the technician who was assigned to me (Haesong H.) never got back to me. On top of that I tried to reach customer service and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I tried calling and using the chat support (which is a joke!) and I still haven't heard from anyone. To top it off I wanted to cancel the job since I hadn't heard from anyone and it was already 3 hours past the appointment time, and the app tells me that if I cancel, I will get NO refund back. Such a horrible service and I'll be reviewing it on other sites to raise awareness of this scam to other people, so that they don't get scammed and ripped off either. I will be taking it up with my bank.
