I was in the market for an e-bike,but didn’t have much knowledge.
I called surge bikes and had a very helpful phone call,followed by a visit
Eventually ended up buying a bike that met my needs at a good price
Delivery with a helpful handover as well
I had a great experience

Bought Riese and Muller Charger 4 Mixte and can thoroughly recommend for build quality, responsive adaptation to different terrains, and understated classic looks and battery range

Other than the estimate which was a £100 over which was disappointing. I realise estimates are that. However boing 25% over is a bit of a shock. The service was excellent.

Need to be shown front wheel removal and be equipped with a spare tyre.

Excellent!! I love the bike and the service and support from Surge Bikes has been great. There was a small manufacturing fault with the charging port hatch, which they resolved very promptly and efficiently. Great communication and speedy dispatch too. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent shop matt was extremely helpful every step of the way and happy to answer the phone, I live in the north east England they expertly packaged and delivered my orbea gain which arrived promptly and ready to go I also bought a range extender for an excellent reduced price which followed a few weeks later very satisfied with the whole process and would definitely shop with surge again

I cannot recommend Surge Bikes highly enough. All of my contact with them was online, all with Matt, up till the point of collecting the bike.
I must first say, that the service and professionalism was outstanding, despite the fact that the bike I was buying was very much towards the bottom of their price range. I also purchased it via the Cyclescheme which Matt facilitated fully.
I live 250 miles from Basingstoke, and collected the bike on a family visit to Hampshire. It was fully set up and ready to ride.
My wife and I are so impressed, she is planning to buy one through Surge as well.
