Superb company - excellent ethos and very efficiently run

Been going surplus to purpose for months. This time as I arrived barriers had blown down into road. I decided to step over them to get to the door. A man come out and told me walk right round . I said who are you the police? He said I own the place. I went to walk the long way round into door. He told me you can go in but they won't serve you cause I told them not to. I said why? He said cause you were rude to me.
I was leaving and he told me the security are waiting for you. I said why what they going to do? He said they won't let you out!
Security laughed at the story when I told them and I told them to let me out.
I think the man that started surplus for purpose is a bully stopping me buying produce because I asked him if he was police.
Also I think he should have made sure the barriers were secured and not blowing over into the road as that is a safety hazard. He obviously took that problem out on me and has alienated customers.
Looks like the man is not trained to deal with neuro diversity and thinks questioning his authority is unlawful. Also be believes he can use security to keep people in the grounds against their will if he is upset with them.

After using surplus to purpose a few times & getting some great deals, I decided to try their delivery service.
If I am honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items delivered.
My order arrived within the agreed time slot & my delivery was left on the doorstep for me to pick up & pack away.
Saving the planet, reducing waste & saving money……. As a busy mum of 4, this service is revolutionary & a win/win for me

Great value for money and delivered early next morning.

Some of the food delivered was really nice whilst other items were not edible. The bananas for example were completely black and soft and the crackers were stale. However, the fudge was really lovely. I may but again, but would visit the store rather than a delivery

Really good company, mega cheap. There isn't a huge selection but that's due I assume to them being (I think) a small company. But I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again. Had a slight issue with delivery but it was sorted quickly and the person was very friendly. The crates of pop are an absolute bargain and all branded and perfect.

It is a walking distance from my flat which make it convenience.

Place is dirty, floors uncleaned and no help from the workers if asked any questions. The owner is very rude to the customers, no clear signs outside and inside. Many tripping hazards. Items bit expensive
