Jeg hadde en aktiv konto hos Svenbet og gjorde et uttak på litt over 4 300 kroner. Kort tid etter fikk jeg beskjed om at uttaket var kansellert, og hele beløpet ble konfiskert med en vag henvisning til “brudd på vilkår”. Jeg har aldri brukt VPN, forfalskede dokumenter eller gjort noe som helst uærlig – likevel tar de pengene mine uten å gi noen konkret forklaring eller bevis.

Det eneste som står igjen på kontoen min er 900 kroner, men jeg får ikke engang tatt ut det, fordi minste uttak er 1 000 kroner. Dette føles som ren svindel og manglende respekt for kundene.

Kundeservice svarer med standardsvar og viser ingen vilje til å løse saken eller undersøke nærmere. Jeg har spilt hos mange selskaper tidligere, men aldri opplevd maken til dårlig behandling.

Ich hatte den Willkommensbonus mit 100€ gewählt und habe mit ca 40 Wetten die Anforderungen erfüllt um den Bonus freizuspielen! Also 100% der Bedingungen erfüllt waren (was auch auf der Homepage angezeigt wurde) hatte ich einen Kontostand von ca 267€.
Ich wollte dann das Geld auszahlen.
Nach einer Weile bekam ich die Nachricht das ich Wetten gespielt habe, wo der Wetteinsatz nicht mit den Anforderungen zusammen stimmt. Komischerweise wurden die Wetten aber im Bonussystem anerkannt.
Mir wurde daraufhin der Bonus gecancelt und der Gewinn von 167€ abgezogen.
Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage konnte mir keiner eine Antwort geben, was nicht gepasst haben soll. Es wurde nur mitgeteilt der Fall sei abgeschlossen!
Auch der Chat hat mich immer warten lassen, bis er dann den Chat beendet hat!
Keine Chance irgendetwas zu erreichen!
Ich kann nur jeden von diesem Anbieter abraten. Auch wenn ich in diesem Fall kein Geld verloren habe, aber es ist trotzdem eine hohe Drucksituation! Man denkt immer ein Bonus sei was Gutes, aber hier ist das reine Abzocke! Man hat soviel Druck die Bonusbedingungen innerhalb kurzer Zeit fertig zu spielen, weil sonst einfach alles weg ist, und da muss man natürlich auch viele Wetten mit großem Risiko spielen!
Wichtig, sucht euch einen anderen Anbieter, es gibt genug!

On 12/17/2022, I made a deposit using the bonus available at the house and meeting the wagering requirements. I requested, on 12/24/2022, a withdrawal of my earnings. I fulfilled the requirements for validating/verifying the account but today, 12/27/2022, I received an email from the house informing me that my winnings (R$1,639.67) were retained, leaving only the amount of my deposit (R$150, 00).
In the message there is a generic explanation, suggesting that I cheated something or performed inappropriate practices, without certified proofs.

Ich hatte durch Glück ein wenig Geld gewonnen bei den Sportwetten und dann wurde mir die Auszahlung verweigert. Ich habe die gesamten Dokumente eingereicht und alles korrekt umgesetzt. Nach 4 Monaten hin und her wurde das gesamte Geld (über 850 EUR) einfach von meinem Konto gelöscht und mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Betrugsfall vorliegt. Was absoluter Blödsinn ist und dieser Betrugsfall geht maximal von Svenbet selbst aus!!!!
