Took my deposit then informed me they needed 4 times the quoted amount.When i said i would only pay the quoted amount they said they would find a driver 10 days later no drive at that point i requested my deposit back now 25 days later no deposit returned

My vehicle was picked up and delivered right on time without any issues. Overall, the process was easy and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for reliable service

Christina was very helpful. She offered comprehensive information. Unfortunately, I decided against buying the vehicle I inquired about shipping. Had I purchased the vehicle, I would have chosen Christina to handle the shipping.

these guys are hustlers. they agreed on price, took the deposit and then increased the price. never shipped and never returned the deposit. complete losers and untrustworthy. total scam. be careful.

The dispatcher, Max Wilson, deserves a 5 star rating for communication and flexibility during a difficult time. He was short on drivers. That led to a delay in the scheduled pick-up by 72 hours. However, he worked us in as soon as he could, kept us informed, and transitioned from me to a second party for the hand-off when I had to leave town. The pick-up itself was seamless and the follow-up documentations (bill of lading, photos) were delivered electronically. Overall, great service despite the delay.

This company fixed and did all of what they told me they was gonna do. The owner contacted me and fixed everything that needed to be done and got my car to the destination in a safe and timely manner

Smooth Vehicle Shipping was great to work with. They responded quickly to develop a quote and stayed in communication throughout the process. Davin Anderson was great and kept in contact as my dates changed.

I would give negative stars if I could. They are untrustworthy and deceptive. Promised me a $800 move in 5 days and after I signed an agreement and paid a deposit they told me it would be $1400 to move my car and it was in the fine print. They then charged me another $250 telling me it would come off the total and then tried to charge me the original amount. The car came 4 days late and the communication with the drivers and group was terrible. This was the biggest nightmare ever and I would advise anyone to not go with this company for a car shipment.

Customer service was great, communication was fluent and speedy, contacted multiple companies and this one was truthful & honored our wishes.
