Needed a window replacing and another bricking up at very short notice, Swadlincote Windows went above and beyond to get this done in the time I'd given them! They did a great job! Thank you.

Our most recent addition provided by Swadlincote windows was a conservatory which we are absolutely thrilled with. The advise and service provided was excellent. We’ve used Swadlincote windows twice in the last year. First to replace windows and then back to do the conservatory. John was great when coming around to discuss our requirements and the team of fitters were really nice guys who did a great job fitting and cleaning up after themselves.

The process was swift and efficient . The fitters respected the property and were very helpful, answering any questions we had. We also needed a follow up visit due to a minor problem , this was also swiftly dealt with.

Arranged a visit, talked about our requirements & options, then a few days later received our quote, which we were more than happy with.

Having used Swad windows back in 2022 to install a Uvpc door we rang to ask for a survey to replace a wooden window. The call was professionally dealt with and the assessor attended on time to measure up. I had a quote within 24hrs and gave the ok. I didn’t bother getting a further quote as we were do happy with the previous job. On the day they attended on time, fitted the window, serviced a door lock and repaired/covered holes in another Uvpc door surround where a door bell had been installed. They left our property immaculately clean and debris free.

I have had several window units replaced by SW over the last three years. This has been done in two stages.
From initial visit to fitting have always provided a A* service. The fitting teams took particularly care in sourcing matching bricks for my property to ensure everything looked as it should.
Recently i discovered a very minor issue with one of the units that had been fitted three years ago. Had no issues prior to this. Service team visited and corrected the issue hassle free.
Overall i have been really impressed with every aspect of the company and i would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends / family.

From the initial visit to measure up, and discuss our requirements, the company listened, offered suggestions and promptly emailed a quote. Installation was slightly quicker than originally expected - a bonus was it fell on mum's 90th Birthday. Installers were friendly, efficient and polite. They even bought mum a bunch of flowers and a card. Door looks great. All in all, Super local Service.
