I have been taking one-on-one classes with Swami Samarpan for the last 3 months, and my experience has been very good. He has a unique approach towards teaching yoga which is not traditional but more experimental, and this approach has worked wonderfully for me. Swami ji is focused on sharing knowledge in whole as he received it from his Gurus. He is disciplined, approachable and guides everyone irrespective of age.
For the past six months(from August 2024), my daughter and I have been attending online yoga sessions with Swamiji. When I wanted my daughter to start yoga, I sought an authentic source. Having learned yoga from Swamiji in 2008, I wished for her to learn from the same master. Now, she is deeply interested in yoga. Swamiji conducts online sessions while accommodating the time difference between India and Paris. His meditation and pranayama sessions help me stay calm and stress-free.
