Couldn't have done any more for us. Extremely pleasant

Really pleased with the service, good to have the videos which show what’s wrong with the car. Great communication from the staff and prompt work.

WXCELLENT HAZZEL FREE SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I WILL CERTAINLY BE RETURNING

Having not used this company before I relied on the reviews already submitted by previous customers. I booked my vehicle in for repair and was dealt with my the front office very well. Informative staff with great customer services. My vehicle was booked in with an number of options available and a full explanation of possible work to be carried out and investigated. Collected the vehicle and was given a breakdown of cost after continuous dialogue over the phone and through video messages around diagnostics. The owner even went out of his way to rectify a small issue after repair late in the evening. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend.

brilliant service thou my car was with them a long time no fault to the garage they kept me on the road very polite kept me up to date on what was happening will go again there again

Friendly, profession service and will rectify any issues after any work has been carried out

Quick service. Friendly staff. Answered all my questions with great knowledge. Appointment to repair my car quick and easy. Thank you.

I don't know what they did to my car, but it is running better now than ever! A very happy band of people who are most helpful

The best place to do MOT
Very kind Staff

Excellent response to tyre blow out on M4

Used this place twice now and very happy with them. Straight forward answers and very friendly.

Excellent communication on the telephone and very eager to forge a relationship for the future. Very upbeat and responsive desk staff.
We were waiting nearly an hour for a puncture repair but I believe this was due to the garage being short staffed. This would not discourage our company from using Swansea Tyres Ltd again :)
