Almost perfect quality for being a refurbished phone. No scratches and battery life was in mid 90s.

I’m a fan of Apple products and currently have a 14 Pro. I got the apple 12 for my boyfriend for his birthday who needed to graduate to a real phone. I couldn’t afford a brand new phone, I’m glad I found this option. It works perfect, bf is happy, loves Siri and learning new things every day.

Just the battery life, but that's an apple thing, and they discontinue the product. so its still 10 out of 10.
