This iphone12 works like a charm as brand new phone. The details mentioned 91% battery capacity and it actually turned out to be 93% that's even better. I would do business again.

The phone was obviously used which was in the description for the phone. The battery had been replaced and was mentioned in the description as well, however it works just fine.

It's a great phone. It's a little tricky to wake it up. Maybe just a learning curve. I am not sure how to activate it after it sleeps.

Apple is not the same now as when Steve Jobs was at the helm. The iOS 18 has nearly bricked my phone and there is no excuse for this but laziness and greed.

I really like the iphone 12--moved up from a 7. I got the purple and added a clear case with dried flowers in it and it looks great!

I came for the Buyer protection because Swappa offers buyer protection through PayPal, which gives you peace of mind in case something goes wrong with your purchase. In addition to the lower prices because when buying a used iPhone, I can often find significant savings compared to buying a brand-new one.
