Incorrect products
I ordered two tins of 77 Wild Woods (VB Edition) for same-day delivery via their website. When the order arrived, I received only one tin, and it was the regular version instead of the VB Edition.
To their credit, customer service was very responsive and immediately arranged a free same-day redelivery to fix the mistake. However, the second delivery was incorrect as well—this time I received Velo Intense Spearmint. They called to apologize for the mix-up, which I appreciated, but the substitute product was way too strong for me and caused a headache.
While the team is polite and quick to respond, the fulfillment process needs serious improvement. I hope they can get their order accuracy sorted out.

Regarding Wild Woods, we’d like to clarify that it is still the same flavor as before. The only change is the packaging, as it is no longer a special VB Edition.
We would also appreciate if you could contact us directly regarding the Velo Spearmint product, as we do not sell Velo Spearmint in our store. Can you send us a photo of the can so we can investigate further?
We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding on this.
