They are horrible they gave me 15 free plays and said the max I can win is 3.00.. I won 15 and they gave me the 3.00 in the end and took back 12.00 they said I can win 3.00 I repeat off free plays max .. so now with this 3.00 free plays have come and gone I won this three no rules now I'm free. I got to 600+ and I went to redeem and I could only redeem 100 a day because I hadn't deposited the amount to be Tier 2 which is 100 -300 ok so I redeem the 100 earlier in the day. But started the request previous night but was having issues with verifying my cards that they bank on you not having or being able to verify so everything was good for them and they didn't know I would get through the verification process successfully, I mean they were replying like immediately when the verification was failing. once it got successfully completed there was no more updates they totally stopped even the 100 dollars was read successful later the following day they said because I won with free rounds I was reduced on my redemption from 100 to 25 but if I'm not mistaking they paid me for the free rounds already the 3.00 those rounds were long gone and before they told me about the 25 dollars redemption I was playing had almost 200 left on my account that I was still playing and sat my laptop down picked it up the 175 had vanished I contact support in live chat to ask about this and that's when they tell me they took back the coins and lowered my redemption that I had in my account..for two days playing constantly and they tried making me lose it but I kept getting up and they snatched it when they continued stalking my game play and realized I was constantly winning they are liars and not honest they cheat and steal and read their promotions rules because they can change or take back whenever they feel free but we cant get a refund but they will take back from us basically stealing how crooked is that......DON'T PLAY HERE NOT RECOMMENDED
