Before the update, I loved the site. Since they updated the site, it has a very small selection of games and the bonus is smaller. I have not cashed out yet, but hope to in the future!

I was hoping that after their big update on the site things would get better. Nope I can't get into my account (big surprise), I can't get a response from their chat, email or Facebook, I have had a redemption since the beginning of February ended up canceling got it up higher and cashed it out in beginning of April. On February 17, 2025, I won $100.05 (Transaction ID: 274625) and immediately submitted a withdrawal request. Despite their initial confirmation that my payment was approved and would arrive within 10 business days, I never received my funds.
For three months, I contacted their customer service repeatedly, only to receive contradictory explanations about system updates and enhanced security measures. At no point was I asked to provide additional verification documentation that would be consistent with enhanced security protocols.
The situation deteriorated further when, after mentioning my intention to file a formal complaint with regulatory authorities, their site was down for maintenance for at least a week, On May 20, 2025, I discovered I could no longer log into my account. After resetting my password, I found my entire account had been wiped clean—no transaction history, no verification information, and certainly no record of my pending withdrawal.
Fortunately, I maintained screenshots of my winning transaction, withdrawal request, and all communications with their support team.
This behavior suggests deliberate tampering with user data to avoid financial obligations. I strongly advise potential players to avoid Sweepslots.com, as they appear unwilling to honor their financial commitments to players
