Can't get response to simple email question
I recently started entering at sweepstakes alerts because I get SO MANY emails from them, so i figured let's give it a shot. Then I realized that I couldn't remember if I had actually subscribed with them or not. They clearly have all my info (email, all my contact information, my PREVIOUS phone number, which is wrong but site won't let me change it). I searched on their home page for how to subscribe and couldn't find any information, but there is this option of unsubscribing, so what does that tell me? I have emailed them 4 times with the simple question "am i subscribed with you?" No responses from them. I consider this a big red flag.

Hi there!
Hi there! I play A LOT of online sweeps and one thing I'll say is it's kinda tricky to find the daily entry prizes on Sweepstakes Alerts. When using the drop-down hamburger menu I can't find them. It took receiving an email from Prize Grab Sweepstakes for me to find the daily entry prizes. Also whenever I'm supposed to get an email from entering with a link to confirm my entry, they never come through. Not in my Spam or Junk folders, not in Promotions, nowhere. I just wanted to let you guys know of a few things I noticed so far! Other than that I think it's good but you might want to try having a winners tab on the website too to show people the winners are real people.

Curiosity
First, I didn't like the first question on this page saying, "What went wrong this time?" It's really passive aggressive!! Insulting really! I wasn't on here to complain, but that wording is awful! Saying, "Hello, how can I help assisst you with your concern(s) today?" Second, I didn't see one winner in all your reviews! Not one!! Not even a $5 winner! That raises a red flag for me! How will you address my issues/concerns about no winners on your reviews?
