Can't believe just how good Sweet Freedom syrups & spreads are tbh. The chocolat & chocolate caramel spreads taste like a full fat version & are really really chocolatey.
The syrups are great for everything & honestly have no horrible aftertaste like so many others do. Low in calories at just 13 cals (or thereabouts) a teaspoon they just can't be beaten on taste & price. LOVE LOVE LOVE Sweet Freedom.

First, they make great stuff!!! These fab fruit syrups do not spike my blood sugar. I thought I might have to give up sugar bcos I react badly to normal sugar. 2nd; this gets slurped onto wheat bikkies in hot milk most mornings with no adverse reactions. Win win!! And 3rd; the choc pots are great too, especially smeared on top of & inside cakes instead of icing sugar & butter. I ordered my 2nd batch of yummies yesterday. Yum!

Everything we have bought to try we have loved! The syrups are good in coffee, on yogurt, on fruit, & on warmed chocolate brownies! This type of natural sugar doesn't raise my blood sugar level. If I consume refined, processed sugars in the evenings my blood sugar level spikes and then crashes around 3am in the morning, waking me up with stomach ache. These are also low calorie, so when fruit isn't at it's best I can add a wee bit more topping and not worry! Excellent stuff.
