I brought my sons a chocolate bouquet each for my eldest starting school! They were both thrilled with them (a whole load of chocolate what child wouldn't be!) they came well packaged and beautifully done! My only criticism is where they attach the sticks I assume they use a hot glue gun which slightly melts the chocolate inside so some milk buttons were melted together! But wouldn't stop me buying more! Thank you! X

Hi Dominique, thanks so much for your lovely comments and sorry some of the buttons were a bit melted. You're absolutely right, we actually use special cool melt glue sticks, which although still warm, with a bit of restraint won't usually melt the chocolate. Sounds like we may have got a bit carried away with some of the milkybar buttons on this occasion 😁, but glad it didn't put anyone off. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. x

Arrived in a very bashed up condition!
Hi,
I received my Cadbury bouquet today in the post. I ordered this Friday so the delivery was nice and quick however when it arrived the box was all bashed in so I was immediately worried about the state of the bouquet inside (especially as it has handle with care stickers all over it). When I opened it all of the chocolates at the back were bent in half, I believe this is because the box it arrived in was too small for it, I had trouble even pulling it out of the box. It is a real disappointment as this is a present for someone and I do not like handing over shoddy goods.
I will think twice before ordering from you again as there are plenty of other chocolate bouquet companies on the market.
I can provide photo evidence if needed.

Hi Aisleen, I'm very sorry to hear that your bouquet arrived damaged today. So please, please do get in touch and let us put this right for you, the sooner you contact us the quicker we can send a replacement, we would never expect anyone to make do with damaged goods, but you must contact us (directly, not through Trust Pilot) for us to help you.
I appreciate your comments regarding how quickly we delivered your item and the fact that we clearly mark all of packages as either Fragile or Handle with care. We do as you describe pack our items very snugly which is actually good packing practice, as it eliminates movement which is the most common cause of damage in transit.
I suspect the fact the box was crushed led to the difficulty you had removing the bouquet, as they would would usually slide in and out quite easily.
Although extremely rare for us, realistically there are some instances in transit we cannot practically prevent. This is why we are always ready and waiting to collect and replace any items that arrive worst for wear.
Finally, we work really hard towards a perfect score on Trust Pilot which simply means offering excellent service and although this time it appears as though your review was actually more targeted at our Courier than us, I would love the opportunity to help you with this issue and provide the service you paid for which we are so very proud of, including where necessary an excellent replacement service.
I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Excellent service, good choice available. Bought as a thank you to my daughter instead of flowers as she suffers with hay fever, this was a better alternative.

I ordered this for my fathers birthday & the service was amazing. The bouquet was great. I ordered a extra large Maltesers bouquet and it was ram jammed with maltesers. I think my Dad might be sick of them by the time he's worked his way through it!
