Really happy with my purchase from SweetsLolita. Customer service responded promptly and gave fantastic sizing advice for my lolita dress. They helped resolve my shipping-related concerns efficiently. Item quality is wonderful and well-packaged. Would definitely shop again.I've purchased Lolita dresses from SweetsLolita about five times now. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant. There was only one instance where, they sent me the wrong size dress, but customer service handled it very well, and I was very satisfied with the compensation they offered. I've also been very satisfied with the quality of every dress I've purchased.

truly impressed by how smooth my whole purchase went. Every item was carefully packaged and arrived well-protected. One small sizing mix-up happened, support responded within hours, sorted the return quickly, and were incredibly polite throughout. The dresses themselves are gorgeous, true to photos, worth every penny.

Shipping was fast, and they kept me posted with updates the whole way. There was a hiccup with my address at one point, but they got back to me right away and sorted it out - they even reminded me to go pick up the package when it arrived. Price-wise, it wasn't even close: most lolita shops charge $300+ for a full outfit, and I got the whole set here for $170. The quality held up too. I'll definitely be back

Their customer service is terrible. I spent multiple days telling them their sizing chart was way off and they wanted proof upon proof upon proof upon proof. It got to the point where they wanted a video of me measuring the pieces I wanted to return and I had enough. They just stopped replying to my emails without any resolution at all.

Rip off! I ordered two dresses, both necklines broke when trying them on! I still decided to keep one and send one back. When I tried to get a refund, (I btw had to pay money to send it back about 50$), they pretended that the dress never arived so I just payed 150$ for literally nothing. I threatened with a lawyer to get my money back and the company just blocked my Email.

This was my first order from Sweetslolita and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The dress I got turned out to be so lovely – the lace details are really delicate and the color looks exactly like the photos. I was also impressed by how carefully it was packed, nothing was wrinkled when I opened the box. It took about 10 days to arrive, which was faster than I thought. I tried it on right away and honestly didn’t want to take it off. Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered a Ribbon dress from Sweetslolita for a special occasion and honestly, I was a bit nervous about buying online. But when it arrived, I was so relieved and happy – the quality is beautiful, the fabric feels soft but structured, and the details are even prettier than in the pictures. The sizing was accurate too, which was a big plus for me. Shipping took about two weeks, which I expected, and everything was carefully packaged.
