We order on regular basis from this amazing company and highly recommended them , the quality of the sweets , variety, packaging, delivery is all fantastic, we have had the advent calendars too which are brilliant, every order they supply is quality, We are a sweet loving family! So glad we found this amazing company , and will continue to use them , honestly if you haven’t ordered yet , you need too !

I ordered crackers for Christmas, they arrived quickly and were well packed. They look great and I can’t wait to see them on my table on Christmas Day

I have ordered quite a few times now from Sweetzy and have never been disappointed. I love the quality of the sweets. I took one of the free bags of sweets into work to share and everyone commented on how good quality the sweets were.

On my last order part of the order was incorrect and unfortunately the box was damaged and one bag had come out before delivery. I emailed about my order and was offered my order to be re sent to me if I was to return the bag I had for free. This was really easy to do, the item was picked up by royal mail the next day and upon recieving confirmation that I sent it, sweetzy sent the corrected order to me. Apart from having to wait a couple more days for the sweets I was so excited about, everything was very easily fixed. Great customer service. Thank you

Okay, I ordered some of the xmas sweet crackers and bit disappointed there not actually crackers (just shape of them)!u can’t pull them or get a noise … but disappointed

I ordered the halloween bundle x 2 a few weeks ago. Today i emailed to say i have still not received and they mailed back to say they were with Evri but they lost track after being dispatched. So now my order has been cancelled and a refund but i'm not impressed as this is 2nd time this year that this has happened. So they should have at least provided me with different bundles to make up. Even if it was a christmas bundle but I'm not impressed.

I placed an order which didn't arrive for a week. I chased it only to be told they had tried to contact me as the items list didn't come through but no proof of this. I ordered two identical bags. I should have stocked them as one bag was missing two items. Ordered before without outdoor but this kat order has been a really poor experience with the wrong products to add to the annoyance. The second order I had to place was then not diverted next day as paid for so again missed the intended event. A real shame

I would highly recommend this company for sweets. The quality and presentation is second to non. Delivery is always on time and never late. My grandchildren are pleased I order from you and always enjoy picking what they want. Thankyou.

Ordered the 10 bag selection to see if they would be nice enough for Christmas gifts,and sadly they are, so I’m now going to spend a fortune on sweets I don’t get to eat…. Seriously though, really impressed with the selection and taste of sweets received and will be ordering more very soon

Ordered the advent calendar and it arrived next day! It’s huge and Im excited to see how my son reacts when he sees it.
Came with 2 free sweet pouches (rainbow and sunset mix) I liked every sweet in the packets and they disappeared very quickly.
Lots of offers and deals online and each order Ive placed I've been happy with.

Very good service, arrived quickly, very tasty sweets, would order again. My only complaint would be that it was not made clear, and I did not see it anywhere that the sweets should be eaten within four weeks, this was an issue as I had bought for presents and thought would of had a longer use by dare on. Also how can you win a bag of sweets as no place to put your details

Slight confusion on delivery advice, not delivered on first email, but arrived and left in right place no problem.

Slightly disappointed that i missed the offer of my free sweets, i obviously did not tick the box! As the delivery is an Advent calendar i have not opened it yet.
