We cant thank Mathew enough! We had 3 surveys done throughout last year on 3 different properties after having to pull out of the first 2 sales. After the first survey it was a no brainer to use Mathew again. His survey was spot on and came through so quickly with so many helpful pictures and a thorough survey. I commissioned a RICS Level 2 survey with Swift Home Surveys, and Mathew Whitehurst carried out the inspection.
