Amazing swim trips
Such a well organised company from the moment you give them a call to the minute they say goodbye on the trip. I’ve done several trips with them and I feel very safe and just have the best time ever.

Unbelievable first experience
Unbelievable first experience with Swimtrek. I forgot how I found out about this company, but the idea of using vacation days to improve swimming in beautiful locations was very appealing. I didn't know what to expect and I was very happily impressed. Everything is well thought out and thoroughly professional, especially the guides (shout out to Marianne and Eve!)

Fantastic week of leisurely swimming on…
Fantastic week of leisurely swimming on the Kornati Coast in the Adriatic; whether swimming at my preferred pace, gazing at the marine flora & fauna, plunge-diving from one of the boats, or sitting on boat enjoying the sun and gentle breeze, chatting to fellow swimmers and team leaders, all was good. Made good friends and look forward to my next SwimTrek holiday adventure.

Unsympathetic …
I had to cancel a trip one month out because my partner has a serious illness (submitted a medical certificate)
While it was in the non refund period, I had undertaken 10 previous swim treks and was booked in for one next year. I think a some credit would have been a goodwill gesture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We were very sorry to learn that you had to cancel your trip because of your partner's serious illness. We can only imagine how difficult that must have been, and we sincerely hope they are recovering well.
We understand how disappointing it is to miss a trip you've been looking forward to, especially due to circumstances entirely beyond your control. Our cancellation terms are in place because, by that stage, we have already made firm commitments to our local partners and suppliers, and unfortunately we're unable to recover those costs.
This is also why we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, as policies are typically designed to provide cover when trips have to be cancelled due to unforeseen medical circumstances, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.
We truly value the trust you've placed in SwimTrek over the years, and we're grateful that you've joined us on so many adventures. We very much look forward to welcoming you on your trip next year and wish you and your partner all the very best in the meantime.

The whole trip was BRILLIANT
The whole trip was BRILLIANT. The hotel and staff, food, location. Our swim guides Georgia and Paul couldn't have been better. They worked so well as a team, helping to bond the swimmers together and make sure we were all safe. The Adriatic Sea on the Dalmatian coast is so clear. Bojan took us to some superb locations on his boat. Thank you everyone for an amazing experience.

Finally, I have found the time to write this well-deserved (and rather long!) review. 😊
From the moment I booked this trip, everything was seamless. The booking process was easy, and any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally, giving me confidence that I had chosen the right company.
This SwimTrek holiday exceeded all my expectations. The hotel was in a beautiful location, hosted by a wonderful couple who made us feel incredibly welcome. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast, and the lunches, whether enjoyed at the hotel or aboard the boat, were excellent.
The real stars of the trip were our guides, Ricky and Rachel. Their professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm, and positive attitude shone through every day. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure everyone felt happy, supported, and included.
Most importantly, they made us feel completely safe during our swims. Knowing we were in such capable and caring hands allowed us to relax, challenge ourselves, and fully enjoy every moment in the water. They were always there with encouragement, drinks (water bottle) when we needed it, fantastic photos of our adventures, and an infectious sense of fun.
Their smiles, patience, and genuine passion for swimming and sharing the beauty of the sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. It is clear that they truly love what they do, and that passion made all the difference.
We were also incredibly fortunate to be part of a wonderful SwimTrek group. People from all walks of life came together through a shared love of swimming, creating a supportive, fun, and inspiring environment. It was a pleasure to share this adventure with such a fantastic group, and I leave with not only amazing memories but also new friendships formed stroke by stroke in the open water.
A personal highlight was celebrating my birthday during the trip. Ricky, Rachel, the skipper, and his wife organized a lovely surprise party on the boat that made the day truly unforgettable. A special thank you also to my outstanding SwimTrek group—not only can they swim, but they can sing too 😊 Their warmth, friendship, and enthusiasm made the celebration even more special and filled the trip with laughter and joy.
Beyond being exceptional guides, Ricky and Rachel are simply wonderful people who helped create memories that will stay with me for years to come.
All in all, this was a truly memorable holiday—beautiful swims, great organisation, wonderful accommodation, delicious food, outstanding guides, and wonderful company. I will not hesitate to book another SwimTrek adventure and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique, safe, and inspiring swimming holiday. Thank you !!
