And if I could give no stars I would. Old card expired, sent for new one, recieved 3. I have the app on my phone but it was absolutely impossible to add the new card as I wasn't given that option. Phoned swirl ,now I do understand it was a bank holiday but omg the customer care message that was left was the most abrupt I've ever heard. Sent numerous emails , I was asked , my phone number ,phone make, DOB address , so many questions, that were totally irrelevant, but swirl insisted they didn't get the emails. Spoke to reps twice when I was lucky enough to get them. They treated me like a complete idiot , stating the obvious every time telling me to do things that I had already done or wasn't given the option to do, the amount of times I was told to download the app ( I already had it downloaded)was unbelievable. These people JUST DONT LISTEN. their lack of Interest is so obvious, just seems like customers are just a nuisance. I am absolutely fuming. And I don't want to hear your excuses. Needless to say I'm in no way surprised that when it comes to prepaid cards SWIRL are in a minority.

Customer service help nothing. My card went blocked. When I tried to contact with them, they said they raised with their card issuer to unlock, and I will get email when it's unlocked. It's been 2 Days but I haven't got any mail form them. When I tried to contact again no one answered all day on live chat. Then I got someone to talk but no help. She can't say how long this gonna take to unlock the card.

Useless cards -not accepted for online payments-waste of everyone’s time -

An absolute rip off. Bought a coffee they charge 0.75cent per transaction!!Bye bye. Went to buy water balance 2.99 on the card not enough money water cost 2.00euro Card in the chipper. AVOID your reply is ridiculous. When I signed up years ago thre was no fees. You sent me a new card I went through the steps charged to top it up. Then charges for a cup of coffee go away.. you're a rip off

I purchased two employee cards on December 9th still no sign of them. I rang customer service Monday (waited28mins) rang again Tuesday ( waited 66 mins) and the person hung up on me and blocked my number. I was in no way abusive but told her I was contacting the Central Bank which I did and they forwarded me to CCPC. Don’t go near this company.

Efficient service. Received cards in a few days.
Only drawback which is a major one is that the card cannot be downloaded to Apple Pay.

Really straight forward and easy gift card to use. Was able to buy all my Christmas presents both online and in-store with ease. Will definitely be taking advantage of this gift card option again.

This is a fantastic card, its trouble free which is great, easy to use and accepted by so many.

Had no issues using the card along as the swipe reader was free to use some self service pads are clamped which the card cant slide down and although it says can use at any mastercard vendor costa coffee does not accept any gift cars other than there own, apart from that worked perfect

Swirl was amazing. UPS managed to loose our parcel the week before Christmas break ans Swirl cancelled the order, reprinted the cards and had them ready for pick-up in less than 12h!
They made our employees Christmas!

Having placed an order with another provider and finding the process long, slow and onerous, I switched and placed an order with Swirl mid-December and was delighted to find the process easy and quick. Customer service were also helpful to get our cards delivered quicker then expected.

Ordering and using these cards is very easy.

Excellent service, excellent communication, and a good choice for employees, as they can use them anywhere you can swipe a card, so spending options are not limited as they would be with an in-store gift card—5-day max delivery (in my experience), even with a pay-by-transfer option. Have been using Swirl for 3 years now; it's our Christmas go-to for employees, and they say it's their preferred option over standard gift cards.

Easy to apply for and set up,great customer support,very professional ,overall good experience,would definitely recommend
