Having rotated through my fair share of financial advisers in my 8 years in Switzerland, in short I can say: I can finally stop looking.

Their process is very simple and transparent: an introductory call to explore your needs, followed by 3 free sessions of insights and simulations around the topics that mattered to you, e.g. pension planning and real estate. They explain to you the system and at the end you openly discuss whether you both believe their services could help you in your journey. Rr not! There was no discernible catch, neither did I at any point find that someone was stealthily marketing their services to me. After our initial 3-4 meetings, we concluded that I didn't need their services as I am able to manage what I want to achieve by myself.

I would strongly recommend Gaetan as a financial advisor. I had multiple calls with Gaetan in which he clearly and transparently explained the investment options in Switzerland. I personally decided not to invest through Swissential because I manage my own portfolio, but I would recommend people that are not as interested in actively managing their investment portfolio to invest through Gaetan.
