Bought a replacement for my much loved small Swiss army knife which got lost. Bought this one online at a good price and to my great surprise it arrived within one day of ordering. Perfect. I am happy. Thank you.

Very shabby service - ordered and paid for a pair of replacement tweezers for Victorinox knife and received 3 toothpicks. No response from customer services to rectify the issue. Still no tweezers and no refund. Would strongly advise against using this company.

The package arrived with a damaged gift box. Very unpleasant. It is impossible to contact. I do not recommend.

As per the other reviews, this is a scam company beware.

This company is a scam. They display a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 which is a lie. I ordered 2 items from them one was sent but the Pick Note said that the second item another knife was "Out of Stock we send ASAP!" despite contacting twice requesting an update through their 'Customer Service' portal and emailing their Orders address they have failed to communicate. I have subsequently discovered from other reviews on the web that this is a common practice for this company of only partially fulfilling orders. I would advise anyone considering using this company to find a more reputable and honest company to trade with

No personalisation - received the knife but without the personalisation, no response to emails. Looks like the other reviews are correct its a scam.

Given swisstools is not a company but a trading name I suspect this is the company behind it THE MAYBE GROUP LIMITED Company number 03930227 for anyone wanting to file to the small claims court

My Swiss army knife arrived with dirty finger nail slots, pitted grubby steel and parts missing. I have failed to get ANY response despite many attempts by phone and by email. AVOID.
