I recently had my gas boiler serviced by Dan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work.

Dan carried out a thorough inspection and explained everything in clear, simple terms, which really put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before he left.

It’s not often you find someone so reliable and genuinely dedicated to doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling Dan again for any future boiler work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a gas engineer.

I was heavily pregnant in the middle of December when our boiler stopped working. Daniel was incredibly helpful and came out to look the very next morning. He gave us a few options but we agreed a new boiler would be the best decision for us moving forward. It was installed within the next day and he even came back a few days later to double check everything was as it should be while taking his time to demonstrate the hive system. I ended up going into labour that weekend so I can’t thank him enough for sorting it before we got home! Excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend switch heat. Thank you!

Excellent service and professionalism. We were delighted with standard of work carried out. Engineer explained the full process of works to be undertaken. Also the price of supply of materials and labour was very very competitive.

Made a call to the office for a faulty boiler and a leak under the sink. Very friendly, quick and efficient service both issues were resolved quickly.

I had an issue with my boiler in the Summer and Daniel , the engineer , identified and sorted the problem after an exhaustive inspection .
This week I had my annual service and had no hesitation in calling SwitchHeat to do the work .
Their engineer , Daniel , arrived on time , was courteous and friendly and did a thoroughly professional job .

First class service from Switchheat, new boiler fitted, very neat and professional job.

Booking process was simple and easy and the cost was reasonable for an ASHP service.

Daniel arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Serviced our ASHP and cylinder, making suggestions of how to improve things and where potential issues could arise.

Very happy with the service received. We'll be using this company again.
