Stay away, keep charging when left
Keep billing every month , even after been left them for months . Even after calling them and they acknowledge that they have made a mistake and won’t be charged ( asked them to check the phone records) they still bill and threaten with bailiffs. Be warned.
( the reply is a lie. Nobody has tried to contact me and they hang up when I call them)

WHAT A USELESS PATHETIC COMPANY THIS IS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE EVEN WHEN ITS CRITICAL. I SIGNED A NEW 2 YEAR DEAL IN JUNE AND THE JULY INVOCIE WAS WRONG THE AUGUST INVOICE WAS WRONG, AND DESPITE GOING THROUGH CHAPTER AND VERSE WITH MERISSA WHO SORTED IT ALL OUT AND I PAID UP TO DATE THEY THEN PUT MY ACCOUNT ON RESTRICTION WITH NO NOTICE NO CALL NOTHING I CANNOT NOW DIAL OUT !! DESPITE THE ACCOUNT BEING 100% CLEAR DESPITE ALL THE CRAP AND ISSUES THEY CAUSED BEING SORTED THEY STILL PUT ME ON RESTRICTIONS. AND IT APPARENTLY TAKES 2 -24 HOURS FOR NORMAL SERVICE ?? IN THE MEANTIME I CANNOT MAKE ANY CALLS !! I AM SUING THEM.. PATHETIC CRAP COMPANY AND OH DESPITE ALL THE SHI T THEY HAVE CAUSED A DIRECTOR WONT COME TO THE PHONE..PRESUMABLY THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO APOLOGISE TO CUSTOMERS AS THEY TREAT THEM LIKE SHI T AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.. STERR WELL CLEAR OF THIS CRAP COMPANY .. A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY WHO DO NOTHING TO COMMUNICATE. EMAILING THEM TAKES 28 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE ???? PATHETIC

Unicom great service
We have used Unicom for many years and recently requested a quote for card machine transactions. Vic was an absolute star and very quickly came up with a very competitive quote which unfortunately for him our present supplier matched so for ease we stayed with them. Also I think it was Adam that sorted out a new contract for our phone and internet and again very friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend this company for their service and friendly professional advisors.

My business line went down on Saturday…
My business line went down on Saturday afternoon no one answered my calls all weekend on hold for 3 hours then cut off. When I did get someone was told have to wait till Monday when the Tec department opens. So all weekend did have no phone for a restaurant. Lost so much business. Can’t believe how bad the service is.

Do not use UNICOM
Unicom have been sending me so many random bills. I left them, paid my final bill and they still send more and debt collection threats. It is so hard to speak to anyone. I moved to a local company who answers the phone and offers great customer service. Hate these companies that take on more and more companies under one umbrella for the benefit of shareholders and then have no customer service. Would NOT recommend this company. They have been a nightmare.
