Switch It Title Exchange Avaliações

WARNING: Unlicensed Timeshare Fraud & Hidden Rejections. DO NOT TRUST broker Karrie Ann Helton or closing agent Sarah Laymon at Switch It Title Exchange LLC.

On September 30, 2025, I paid $750.00 all-inclusive via PayPal (Transaction ID: 2HG45420PH571321R) directly to Karrie for the deed transfer of a Club Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk contract (154,000 points, Contract #000631005188) to be vested under Standard Prosperity, Inc. For over 11 months, Sarah Laymon stonewalled the transaction and repeatedly claimed the transfer was "in process" while failing to produce a copy of the signed seller's grant deed after 5 separate written demands.

An independent check with Wyndham Financial Services on June 15, 2026 (speaking with employee Mike, ID #762024) revealed that Switch It did absolutely nothing for 8 months. Their baseline application submitted on May 28, 2026, was immediately rejected and closed by Wyndham because Sarah Laymon intentionally withheld the mandatory resort transfer fee.

When confronted via a formal Better Business Bureau complaint, Sarah attempted to evade her fiduciary closing duties by claiming she had "no contract" with me, despite openly admitting in writing that they are "handling the closing" and managing the file.

Public database checks further reveal that neither Karrie Ann Helton nor Switch It Title Exchange LLC holds a valid real estate broker or firm license to legally handle these transactions. They are currently using a rejected, dead application as a shield to keep my money and have gone completely silent. Avoid this operation at all costs.

I regret every dollar paid to Switch It Title Exchange to help us get out of our timeshare. And I'm struggling to believe the 4-5 star ratings. How? Why? When our experience has been so very different from those. We began working with Switch It Title Exchange in Oct 2022 to exit our timeshare. We were promised our timeshare exit would be resolved between 6 months to 1 year. In the meantime we were still obligated to not only pay them to help us exit but also continue our timeshare fees (without using the timeshare) until the exit was completed. There has been little communication with Switch It and when we've received or initiated that communication we hear the same message with little progress on their end to show for any movement closer to the completion of the exit.
It is now Mar 2026 and the last communication we received from them was Jan 2025! In that communication they stated:
I'm just reaching out to let you know our office has received the Estoppel we requested from your resort. "This Estoppel (Unit Verification) verified your ownership details, and will allow us to move forward with this transfer. We've added it to your file and have begun the processing stage for this portion of the transfer.
Your file will be passed to our Transfer team while this information is processing and they will begin preparing your file for closing."
It took over 3 years to get to this point in the process!!
I cannot stress enough how much I believe this company is a sham!
Oh and I will add that we are not allowed to contact our timeshare company to ask how the process can be moved along. SWITCH IT IS A COMPLETE SHAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM...IF IT EVEN REALLY EXISTS!!

had a good experience with them , it was a referral but they got the job done and we exited in a year

They don't deliver sales, no response to emails, won't answer phone calls. Bad business. We started the process over 9 months ago.

Alan and Joelle were absolutely terrific! They were both extremely helpful and provided guidance and answered all our questions. We had 2 timeshares were wanted out if and they were very knowledgeable and knew all the specifics.

SwitchIt helped us transfer 2 properties to another owner. The process is never easy or enjoyable, but SwitchIt made the best of it for us and we were very pleased with their work and the results. We would definitely use them again!

They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We were thrilled with the work that SWITCHIT did with helping us get out from under our timeshare. They kept us updated with emails and phone calls to ensure we stayed on track to expedite the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Diana at switch It for over a year with the sale of my 3 properties. There are no words that I can express that are positive enough for the experience I had working with her and switch It. Unbelievable service. Unbelievable professionalism and unbelievable communication. Whenever I Emailed her she would often reply within 5 minutes.. I was always kept in the loop with the progress and when things went a little south with a buyer she was the first to reach out to me with a solution to move it forward. She made my whole experience a positive one and I would not hesitate to work with her again. The worst part of all this is that I won't hear from her anymore as often as I did prior to the sales.

Finally, an honest company.
It’s not a quick process but they get the job done.
Thank you Switch It.

I had the pleasure of working with the switch it team; to relieve me of my timeshare. The staff was professional, yet courteous I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to get out of a timeshare.

I rated 4 1/2, but not able to pick that number.
Great service, but I sent two emails requesting follow up, which quick response was received.
We were happy to have picked Switch it for our Timeshare removal.

This company is amazing. We tried other companies including the big name Financial company. Switch It blew them away with customer service. We actually felt like they were guiding us through the process step by step. They made it easy and we have never felt more free. I recommend them for anyone trying to get from underneath a vacation plan that isn't working for your family.

This company is wonderful to work with! I use them for all of my transfers and will continue to do so! I have also referred their company to many people!

Our company has been utilizing Switch It Title Exchange for years to assist our clients with transferring them out of their timeshare contract(s). Their staff are very knowledgeable and always a kind interaction. We are always confident that our clients are being serviced honest and true to the contract. If you’re looking for the best route to be released from your timeshare burden, Switch It Title Exchange is the company to seek!

Very helpful and professional! Made our experience easy and stress free!
