Total Scam!! they refuse to replace the items that do not fit. It took 2 months to get them and they refuse to exchange them.

The "suede" jacket is faux velvet. It is NOTHING like the picture. The "Large" sweaters are more like petite large. The labels and care tags were missing in the items excEPT the "merino wool" sweater which had a label stating 90% polyester and 9% spandex. The sandals are a total piece of crap.

This is a fraudulent company. The colorful “cashmere sweater” on their website- is made of nylon or polyester. Not sure because there are no tags of any sort of the fake garment. No size or materials or care instructions. They guarantee a full refund if you’re not happy ( which I was not) but when I requested this they said I’d have to return the item and pay for the shipping myself- which is almost as much as the fake sweater. Don’t buy anything from this criminal company

Funny thing about this company...I ordered a striped sweater and it is REALLY NICE. I also ordered suede slip-ons, and they came separately. They are the cheapest pieces of s**t I have ever seen. Worse than any of the cheapest shoes you could buy at WalMart. No way would I wear them, while I will be happy to wear the sweater. So, who knows? But I doubt I will order from them again.

I bought my cardigan 15 days ago and have still not received it. On top of that, when I try and track my package their system says ‘ no such item found’. Someone from this company emailed me, said my package had been mailed and that they were having problems with their tracking system. I have now contacted the company THREE TIMES, with no resolution. This company is very incompetent and negligent in sending packages out.

Supposedly an order was shipped on February 5. It is now March 18 and there has been no movement in the shipping tracking. Their customer service representative is telling me they cannot issue a refund because it has been shipped and they cannot do anything until I have received it. But in my mind it's clear that it is lost in transit. Their company information insinuates that they're California based but all of the shipping is from China. TEMU vibes. Will obviously never order from this company again.

Fraud Alert! I wonder if this company actually exists. I am out my money for the sweater, plus what seems an outrageous shipping fee with “protection” $ added on. No communication, no shipping date or tracking info, just the money sucked out of my credit card.

I’m also deeply annoyed by Facebook for carrying ads for scam businesses like this.

Sweater was supposed to be over-sized, brown. I'm 5ft and it barely came to my waist - and it was some kind of orange. In Goodwill pile.

If you need to return an item, they are not located in California, you have to somehow mail it to CHINA! For weeks I have been getting the runaround, first they need you to send a picture of the items to return, then they mention a form they will send, and a discount they will give ALL LIES. Run buyer Run!

If the option was there for NO STARS that's what they would get. Bought a cashmere sweater (Or so I thought NOT cashmere at all) received a piece of garbage that wouldn't fit a midget. Returning it isn't an option as they are in China which isn't on their website and costs $40 to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

A complete SCAM... the cashmere pullover came 17 days after order... I ordered Medium... they shipped XXL... the construction of this garment was below POOR... awful sewing... the only label indicated the size as XXL, not the M I ordered. Truly a complete scam. Hard to describe how shabby this garment is.

4 weeks after placing my order, I have not received the order. I've been provided an invalid order number and tracking number and a bunch of excuses

Disregard their BS response below too. They did not reach out. They even blocked my email that I ordered from. They cheated a Senior Citizen on a fixed income

Absolute scam. I ordered beautiful leather gloves and wound up with Uggs leather gloves, different style, different quality and different size. Anna Peckham emailed me back but she refuses to either get me the right product or fully refund me. Stay away!

This is a scam! They advertised a leather coat, it was vinyl, and returning it for a refund would cost 3/4 of the purchase price, so I accepted a 15% discount, I have yet to receive the discount (I was told it may take 5-10 d and if it does not arrive to check with my credit card co.
To make matters worse , a day later I received a phishing e mail from "Amazon customer Service", offering a full refund, all I would have to do is give them my credit card number ...

Horrible. They sent the wrong size sweater and refused to exchange it. They tried to offer a 20% refund for their mistake.

Wish I could give a negative number to rank Sydney Thomas. It took 20 days to receive my item. (Missed the occasion I'd ordered it for.) The package tracking link never worked. Someone on the help desk did respond to email so that one person did help. The item that was marketed as cashmere has a label saying 100% polyester. Garbage company. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I have ordered two sweaters, and they have apparently made it to the US on 11/30. It is one month later, and they have not arrived. I have been in contact with Anna from Customer Service who apologies and says she will check but has no information. In addition, like the other previous review below, the tracking number she gave me does not register in their tracking system. This feels like a scam.

The first week of January, Anna agreed that the shipment appeared to be lost in shipping, as it hadn't moved in 30 days in their tracking system. So, she agreed to resend the order.

And, of course, on January 8th, the original shipment arrived. I have reached out to Anna and agreed that when the second shipment arrives she will help me return it.

In sum, while the experience was frustrating, I believe that Anna handled this as well as she could, but that their shipping and tracking system is very poor.

Off! They shipped my item from an address in Pennsylvania which the return address is clearly on the package when I received it. The sweater vest came with no tags anywhere identifying the name or materials.
When I requested to return it I am told it must ship back to England and shipping costs are $40 to $50approximately. I paid $50 for the garment.
The sweater was clearly not cashmere and poor quality. Save your money! Stay away.

We spent over $300. It was advertised as European clothing. In the photos, it looked very high quality and attractive. When we opened the package, the items were poorly dyed. The quality of the items is very low. I wouldn't even pay $50 for all the items we bought. This is blatant deception. Don't even think about buying shoelaces from them, or they'll send you wire instead. We are very disappointed. People, be careful before you buy. Read customer reviews first. I hope our mistakes will save someone else from wasting their money. Terrible company, terrible online store. Lies!!!!
