Avoid placing orders via their website
Avoid placing orders via their website. My order for a watch from their website was validated, but they canceled it a week later. asking me to place a purchase on Flipkart or Amazon. It is strongly advised not to use their website. Through third-party payment, they verify the order. This requires time once again. Sometimes the money gets stuck as well.

Because of the quality of Chrono buttons is very low they are not fixed well and delivery is to late, also strap quality is hard but in looks watch is best of its kind 6 out of 10

I have purchase your product but once i got damage product then after complaint it will replace/ repair and recieve after one month again i complaint that i have got rusty watch and share photos of same and asked again one setting button is missing but not got any response at customer care team.
