Solid experience. Reliable and secure and I've been using them for 9 years now, so I guess you can call that a vote of confidence! Great access to docs via the mobile apps too.

I swapped to Sync a few years ago and haven’t looked back. I feel safe and secure knowing that Sync utilizes ‘zero knowledge’ encryption, which means only I can read my data, forever and always, unlike other backup programs which can read your data. I’m also loving the share and vault features! I can easily send links to files that can be set to expire, and shove old backups into the vault so they don’t clog up my devices. The Sync team is wonderful and they truly love their users!

Sync.com is as easy and secure as any service I've tried between all my devices, and I have full control over my files and folders. I also love the fact that it is based in Canada.

But Auto log out needs a lot of improvement for security reasons.

Ever since I've signed up for this service, I've had the peace of mind knowing that my important information has been kept secure and away from prying eyes. The ability to sync with a local drive makes it that much more interesting, and their app allows me to access my files on the go. The sharing capabilities of files and folders have come in handy more than once! I would not hesitate to recommend this easy-to-use service to anyone!

I'm glad to have a cloud solution that is more secure than others. It's great that Sync not only includes strong encryption, but the fact that no one has access to the keys except me is comforting. I feel the iOS integration is a little buggy - currently can't integrate well with the Files app and it doesn't sync as quickly as I would like. Otherwise it's a great tool.

Fantastic cloud storage. Does not effect PC performance and I have used it cross platform on different versions of windows.

Since switching to Sync I can share all my documents across ALL my devices, old and new ones. The syncing and updating of files is really fast and secure. The online option is great and the app is really nice. The best thing for me is that my new phones and my very old computers can use it!!

A great reliable service with a really well thought out application. Have had no issues uploading and retrieving files via the service and it is always rock solid. There’s a generous free tier that people should give a spin.

Appreciate that the service has a focus on privacy and additionally that support are quick to respond and attentive.

I gave Sync a try because Dropbox was causing problems (not syncing sometimes, resulting in conflicting copies of documents). It has been super easy to use, can be installed on more devices than Dropbox, syncs very fast, and has not given me any issues. I have switched over completely and am not looking back!

Secure and Convenient

I love using Sync to securely backup all my files. I also find the Office integration very useful to work on my files on the go.

Sync works very well, though not as smoothly as other major cloud services. But Sync has what most of them don’t, which is end-to-end encryption. This is a huge plus and gives me the peace of mind knowing what belongs to be only belongs to me!
