Leider ist unser Sohn (und natürlich auch wir als Eltern) auf diesen Hyp um den Adventkalender hereingefallen. Es ist echt unglaublich, welchen Müll man hier geboten bekommt. Der echte Warenwert für uns Konsumenten liegt bei ca 25.- Euro! Man bekommt hauptsächlich diverse Rabatt-Gutschiene von völlig überteuerten Shops, eine Kerze, grausames Getränkepulver, Zünder..? oder ein Wasserball..?
Die einzigen halbwegs brauchbaren Artikel waren, weiße PVC Socken und ein weißes T-Shirt... unser Sohn war extrem endtäuscht. Ich finde es nach wie vor unglaublich, dass man sich so einen Misst anzubieten traut.

I placed an order with Syrupandpine for auto focus eye glass. I never received a conformation email. So, I sent an email to the support email that was given when I placed the order. The email was returned saying. "No address found". So, now I'm out $65.90. I looks to be a big scam.
Edit: i had the wrong email. I have since contacted the company. However they can't seem to find my order. We're working together to try and resolve this issue. I will update when resolved.

Your glasses don't work they don't tent when you go outside they are real blurry zzi out them on and my head starts hurting you can give me my money back

I ordered 2 auto-adjustible eyeglasses + 1 free last June 2025. It did arrived but received only 2 pairs without bonus pair.

I contacted company to informed them of product dissatisfactions 1) dizziness, 2) blurry 3) headache and 4) with 1 case and lacked the bonus item.

I requested for their return label and full refund. I no longer asked for the bonus item since I am very upset already.

Their response: 1st email 07/28/25
"However, we understand that this may be inconvenient for you, so we are happy to offer an alternative option.
If you prefer, we can provide a 20% refund, and you can keep the product without needing to ship it back.
Please let us know which option you would prefer, and we'll assist you accordingly."

I sent another complaint when I saw I was charged $29.99 on July 2025 for what? No purchase happened.

STILL not refunded.

I saw another debit charge $29.99 for August 2025.

THEIR Response: 8/15/25
"Thank you for reaching out to us, regarding the charges you mentioned, upon checking, you have opted for our Platinum Membership offer, this membership provides you with access to exclusive products that are not available to the general public, you can check for the benefits via...... but please note that our subscription offer is entirely optional and never an obligation. You are always welcome to opt for a one-time purchase if that suits your needs better.

Please let me know if we are to keep the membership or cancel it."

August 17, 2025 MY RESPONSE.
I do not remembered reading nor agreeing to it.

Therefore I request:
* Reimburse full amount $29.99 charged on July 2025 and $29.99 charged on August 2025.
* Also to cancel membership ( if it really exist ).

Syrup and Pines replied on the same date 8/17/25 letting me know that the have canceled the membership. However, they did not mention any refunds.

I haven't received my glasses yet. Ordered on the 7th. Was charged then for the glasses and expedited shipping. I was charged 29.99 today for another order. Never ordered another pair. I will have to wait for the.pending transaction to go through and then fight it. I read one of the reviews that said they were charged for subscription they didn't know or sign up for. Same here. Guess I will learn to look at things before I order again from anywhere.

I ordered 2 Pairs (buy 2 get one) and paid them on Jan. 6th, and it's now August 18th And Still Haven't got then. HOWS THAT FOR A SCAM

Leider sehr schlecht geschultes Personal, ist nicht in der Lage den Sachverhalt richtig vollkommen und unbefangen einzuschätzen. Trotz aller Bemühungen um eine professionelle Klärung meinerseits, war die Sugarrush GmbH (Lisa K.) nicht bereit, sich in irgendeiner Weise respektvoll oder konstruktiv zu verhalten. So ein Verhalten ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern lässt ernsthaft Zweifel an der Seriosität und Professionalität der Dienstleistung aufkommen.

Ich habe daraus gelernt, nicht mehr mit Sugarrush GmbH in Kontakt zu treten. Aber testen Sie das am besten selber mal…

Order one pair of glasses paid for expedited shipping got the glasses on time but they were not progressive lenses and at the same time few days later they tried to charge me $29.99 for a membership that I never agreed to this place is nothing but a bunch of thieves I would not trust them stay far away from this company unless you click on the VIP account then you shouldn't be paying $29.99 for anything I went looking for this so-called membership in all their paperwork took me 2 hours to find it buried in a bunch of their other junk I had to close out my bank card and get a new one so they couldn't take any more money this place is a joke and it's a scam do not and I mean do not buy anything from them for any reason whatsoever they will try to charge you for the VIP account that you never signed up for and on top of that the glasses that they sent me are not progressive lenses they're one strength and they are so damn strong that they gave me a pressure headache that night after using them progressive lenses are so you can look at the top of them and can see things far away and as you look down the progressively get stronger well these are at one strength the total rip-off for the price that I paid can't even use the glasses can't return them because they expect me to pay return shipping haha don't ever trust this site stay far away from them

I ordered glasses an it's only been a week, but by now they should of been here an I paid $17.99 an there was nothing on the site about joining any subscription for $29.99 i was charged an the bank let me know of this charge so I'm beyond pisse an need to cancel an get my damn money back!! It's there a phone number anyone know to call plz, thanks They don't deserve any stars at all!! Be careful people!!

Ordered 2 glasses and paid extra for expedited shipping. Waited weeks only to receive 1 pair of glasses. CSR apologized and instead of sending me the 2nd pair already paid for they told me to order again. Looks like they are going out of business so be careful ordering anything from them.

Leider habe ich zu meinem runden Geburtstag einen Jordan 4 geschenkt bekommen.. Kaufpreis 650 Euro. Nur um 4 Monate später bei einem Check zu erfahren das sie mir einen gebrauchten Schuh verkauft haben..
Vielleicht war es ein Fehler ihrerseits aber das hilft mir leider auch nicht mehr weiter.

Ja, der Adventskalender war eine Frechheit! Lauter billiges Werbezeug und QR-Codes, die einen mit sogenannten Rabatten dazu bringen sollten, noch mehr Geld im Syrup Store auszugeben. Wenigstens eine gute Sache hätten drin sein sollen. Und das für rund 80 Euro. Das Blöde ist, dass mein Sohn viele Manipulationsvideos darüber vorweg gesehen hat und die Werbemaschen noch nicht durchschaut. Das wird wohl noch vielen so gehen, da die Zielgruppe ja Jugendliche sind, die von Markenklamotten träumen.
Die Verspätung des Kalenders und die fehlende Kommunikation darum wäre nicht das Schlimmste gewesen, wenn wenigstens der Kalender die Hälfte von den Versprechungen enthalten hätte.

Eigentlich nicht mal einen Stern wert !!! Dieser viel zu spät gekommene Kalender war das Letzte und der größte Nepp!
Man sollte die 79€ zurückfordern
Und die“coolen“ Syrup Jungs sollten sich schämen Jugendliche so zu betrügen!!!!
