Customer service very poor
Customer service very poor, waiting times to get an advisor is far too long, asked for a call back and never got one. Wanted to ask about other products I could purchase to go with my kit, very disappointing as they have always been good in the past.

Misleading Sales
Sold an Item on Black Friday stated as a KIT but upon receipt found no cables, no camera power supply and no connectors, only to find that they sell that the parts mentioned were sold separately, very deceptive. I have in the past purchased online kits and they contained everything required to install the CCTV system.
