Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst en kreeg aanvankelijk een reactie dat mijn bestelling binnen een week verzonden zou worden. Die termijn is echter verstreken en ik heb mijn product nog steeds niet ontvangen.
Wat het nog frustrerender maakt, is dat ik geen verdere updates of reacties heb ontvangen op mijn vervolgberichten. De communicatie is na de eerste e-mail volledig gestopt.
Ik voel me nu in de steek gelaten en zou op basis van mijn ervaring niemand aanraden om hier te bestellen.

Hi!
Just a quick update about your Ocean Bracelet.
Because the bracelets are handmade and shipped by me personally, I send them as regular mail in an envelope. Adding track & trace would cost around €20, which would make it too expensive and not really worth it for these items.
So the best option for both of us is to ship them with a normal stamp, which unfortunately doesn’t include tracking.
It may sound a bit unusual, but your bracelet has been sent and is on its way to you!

I still have not received my product I have sent one email they did respond but I have had it not move for over 2 weeks and they say the delivery times are meant to be quick I just want the product and I would rate higher

I am very annoyed with this, I ordered a bracelet on March 8th, and It has yet to come in. I contacted support many times but they do not get back to me. I either want to know where the bracelet is, or I want my refund. But I can not do that if they do not respond and help their customers.
