The very first sentence had a mistake. What claimed to be "Do you know my son" was "Do you know my husband." Can you imagine me wandering around Europe telling everyone my 12-year-old is my husband? Not paying for that!

I'll give it two stars because the idea of getting right to travel-ready phrases is a winner. I spent weeks in Duolingo learning things like "Marie is not a horse."

Obserwuję aplikację Taalhammer od dwóch lat. Bardzo ładnie się rozwija i regularnie dodaje nowe funkcje. Przez długi czas aplikacja była darmowa, ale niedawno wprowadzono ceny. Cieszę się, że Taalhammer oferuje dożywotni dostęp za tak niską cenę. Wierzę, że ta aplikacja rozwinie się w coś naprawdę fajnego.

Jestem nauczycielka angielskiego, i polecam wszystkim moim uczniom. Sama używam do niemieckiego!

Different apps I've tested, but this one doesn't promise miracles just hammers the language into my head. Just have to use it :)

Różne apki testowałem, ale ta nie obiecuje cudów tylko po prostu wbija język do głowy. Jest po prostu super!

Taalhammer to aplikacja inna niż wszystkie. To nie jest gra, to naprawdę uczy, jak mówić w danym języku.

I was trying to land a certain job, so I had to get from B1 back to B2/C1 in German. Previously, I used duolingo and a couple of other popular apps, but the progress was pretty miserable because the exercises were simply too easy. Taalhammer is probably the most reasonable option if you care about long-term language retention, and not just winning the “streak” or collecting some virtual points.

After a couple of months of pestering Taalhammer 1-3 hours a day, I got through the recruitment fairly easily. Yeah, you have to work a little harder, but in the long run, there’s no other way. If anyone thinks that you can master the language while sleeping then keep deluding yourself😀

This app provided me the ability to learn new things, when I have time for it, and structure my process, which really helps.
Also I really like the collections that cover lots of common words and senteces.

I have been waiting for an application like this. Learn a language by learning sentences -- the only correct approach.

I found this app two weeks ago on Google. Started using it and already feel results, really good courses, many topics and great repetition system.

What I like about Taalhammer is that I can also use it as a dictionary. And then it remembers all my search history.

Found this app like a month ago, it feels very refreshing how they let you upload your own content to learn. My international colleagues already noticed my speech improvements :) Let's see where we get in 6months!
