I ordered a painting from taylored…
I ordered a painting from taylored Canavases and unfortunately it was to small and I emailed the customer service to began the procedure for a proper and professional return. I received a email from Mike, which requested photos of the painting in the original plastic never had been opened, a picture of the box , and the mailing label. I then received an email from Mike requesting a survey to be completed. I submitted the survey and then I was emailed again with promotional opportunities. I emailed Mike and he stated he was going to speak to the manager. I waited patiently for the response and the response was unclear of more promotional opportunities. I emailed back and stated I would like to return the picture and receive my money back, not promotional opportunities and flattery, just a professional and orderly return. I am highly disappointed after being contacted by Lanin who stated the picture can be returned but you can choose another picture for no cost. I assumed the company had a higher standard for mainiting customer satisfaction but obviously I was mistaken.

Great quality and Prices
I received my print and frame quite quickly, and it's of great quality. It will look perfect over my bed, and add color and meaning. Pricing was very fair, and customer service was outstanding (I added the frame after purchase). I highly recommend them!

Tailored absolutely covered it in all phases
The overall experience in all phases was excellent!! We were looking for a fireplace mantle piece for the eating area just off the kitchen that encompasses thanking the Lord for the food that nourishes us, our family and us. And Tailored Canvasses hit it on the head! We absolutely love it!!
