The sign up process was smooth. There is a USD 25 membership fee which I paid upfront. The KYC process did not go through and there is no way to restart the KYC. I contacted customer support who advise me to reset my password etc. All done but still did not work. The agent escalated the same with the technical team. When I enquired about the member benefits, I did received a link to the member benefits. Their FAQ reads: As a TLD member, you get access to:

Member Connect (for mentorship, jobs, business or relocation support)

Private WhatsApp groups and learning spaces

Live community events and workshops

Your member dashboard with access to opt-in tools like the Life Benefit (end of June), Crypto Card (Q4), and more

The chance to build wealth and resilience—together with a global, like-minded community

So basically the membership gets you a Whatsapp group. The other services are not live yet. Not recommended at least until all the services are available.

Expérience client au top ! Tant sur le plan général avec une éthique du projet saine et salvatrice pour beaucoup. Tant sur plan UX lors de l'inscription, tout est là pour plaire et faciliter.

They have implemented a solution that has been lost for hundreds of years which will be able to bring a fair and just alternative to the insurance system.
They were able to tackle the technogical and legal challenges so I am a big fan of this company and have been able to participate in a meeting with their founders.

Le fait qu'ils utilise la technologie blockchain montre leur volonté d’être transparent tout en étant tourné vers le l'innovation technologique.
