Absolutely terrible experience with Takedown Sportswear. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate for all the singlets, as they all came in way bigger than what it says. It claims a XXXL fits 195+ lbs, yet at 260 lbs the singlet I received was extremely baggy. That’s not a small mistake—that’s completely misleading.
Customer service was even worse. My assigned rep never responded, and when I tried calling, I was hung up on three separate times. When I finally got through to someone and explained the situation, they stopped responding again. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing.
I made multiple attempts to fix this and even offered to return everything for a simple size exchange, but they showed zero accountability. I even offered to just send the two sizes that are not near the description chart for just 2 smaller sizes. They never responded. The only response is we will not replace all the singlets. That is not what I asked. It was a total of 4 out of 40 singlets.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of companies out there that actually stand behind their products and treat customers with respect. There singlets are no different than any other. Unfortunately, I suggest people just go to a company that is more consistent with their products.

DO NOT purchase from Takedown. Their customer service is horrendous. In the past ordered shorts and they sent the wrong ones three times and then simply stopped responding. Placed an order for a singlet and emailed them within 60 seconds to cancel because it needed to be changed. Auto reply said they'd respond in 1-2 days. A week later I get a response from them simply refusing to cancel the order. Also the couple of pieces of apparel I do have are the worst quality grappling gear I've ever had. Fades and wears like no other. AVOID and save yourself a headache.

I bought a gift card 2/9-25 and still haven’t received it on my email. I sent 3 mails to their customer service with no answer and also thru instagram with answer that the customer service will reach out (this was on the 23/9, they haven’t reached out). I got scammed and recommend you to avoid this site.

Had a mishap with one wrong product being delivered in large shipment, they resent another free of charge which was also incorrect, and then finally resent the correct product, all free of charge (just one product was incorrect in a large shipment of many products, understandable mistake). They also gave me a very generous coupon for my next order due to the whole ordeal, which was much appreciated. It’s clear that this company puts the customer first.

Quality singlets at a reasonable price. The only downside is that since they're custom uniforms, it takes a while for delivery.
