Not a fake review and I have reviewed others here at Trustpilot. Let's start with the name starting with "Trust". Can you trust a company like talkwithleads.com who uses unethical marketing techniques like forum spamming. Just Google talkwithlead or Eric Jones with the term forum spammer and you will see that this company's moral compass is broken. The spam and continue to spam and make honest companies who are facing the challenge of financial survival during this pandemic... Having to sort through this companies spam to get to the real customers. Shame on you Talkwithlead and shame on you "Trust"pilot for protecting this infamous notorious company.

So you call using bots to complete contact forms which cannot opt out of your SPAM... "marketing emails". And I manage a considerable amount of websites, and Talkwithlead _SUBMITS_ contact forms on all of them. BULK and UNSOLICITED! But there are several SPAM firewall services out there that I have installed on most if not all websites I produce now and they effectively block your SPAM. Maybe the Canadian government will make operations like yours illegal, one can only hope. And oh, thanks for sharing my personal information. And thank you Trustpilot for notifying me of Talkwithleads unethical behavior.

Constant spam through our website form, like everyone else is mentioning. Those positive reviews are no doubt completely faked by them to try and prop up their rating here.

Like others, we tried to unsubscribe 2 or 3 times - no effect. Of course, why would we assume they'd actually stop when asked to, when they're busy spamming people? They obviously don't care what people think.

Interestingly, the spam through the website comes from different IPs every time, so they appear to either be using a botnet, or they're paying someone to do it for them. They rotate the domain name, too, to avoid filtering.

I find it hilarious that they reply to every review they couldn't get blocked through reporting, denying they spam. When you think about it, they're actually spamming Trustpilot, as well.

I am getting spam every day from this company. It is highly annoying and deserve to be reported.

Spammers that don't honor requests to be removed from their list. Constantly spamming my website contact forms on several sites. Not sure how anyone would do business with them.

Yes, you do spam the contact pages on all of our websites. We've tried to request removal, contact support, and contact you directly. You have not honored any of our requests.

You are not sending me an direct mails, you just spamming my contact forms with same exact template.

Not just one time, am receiving 20 to 30 form submissions per website/day. My Mail accounts get suspended once due to more mail notifications.
Who is responsible for that?

In first-place, why would i unsubscribe you? i never subscribed you before!!!!

They keep spamming multiple domains I own -- very annoying!!!

"Eric" filled out the contact form on my website promoting this software so I replied to him.

I continue to have contact form submissions from Eric despite the fact that I have contacted him directly.

I have attempted to respond to most emails however I do not get a response and I continue to be pushed to buy.

I also have had emails from Andy which I have responded to, but that never gets acknowledged.

Clearly this is an automated system and there's nothing I can do but wait for them to exhaust themselves and find someone else to pick on.

Additionally, their call back on their website is misleading and a downright lie. The number calls you and you're asked to press 1 to accept the call (clearly giving you a nasty phone bill charge).

Absolutely horrific way of conducting business it's a cowboy company, spam through and through and I can only urge others to avoid.

Edit: 22.7 despite the response below I have attempted to smash the unsubscribe button, threatening legal repercussions and responding to every spam email yet remain subscribed and spammed by this company.

Do not use. They spam companies using automated form submitters and do not adhere to unsubscribe. Their web site it riddled with bugs and random javascript breakpoints, we can only assume their production software is too. We wouldn't consider using them. Ever.

Update: I had a comical response from talk with lead. It simply said "we do not send spam". That was it. No "sorry, will never contact you again"... Just outright denial.

This company keeps sending spam on daily basis. Opting out doesn't work. The emails keep coming. Horrible! Annoying! And not very serious at all.

Stay away - I cannot recomend this company at all.

This company sends continuous spam via our website, sometimes multiple times a day.

Reply to their comment: no, I did not mention email. Your company sends SPAM via our website's contact form. For example, by sending us a request for hiring our services, or to work for us, but with a spam message in the message field always starting "Hello, my name’s Eric and I just ran across your website...."

Spam emails are being received 2-3 times per day via our website contact us page.

We have placed on Captcha and questions relating to spam emails which are clearily being ignored, entered manually and submitted anyway.

We have emailed them to say please unsubscribe us but the emails have just continued to flood in.

If you click unsubscribe, (from a list you never signed up to, which violates GDPR) then nothing happens. Email them... Nothing happens. So be prepared to continue receiving spam from them.

This is a spam that uses your own customer contact forms against your own business. From the follow up comments on some of the other reports here I can see they say they don't sent out spam emails. They are right there... They send them from your own website!

They continue to Violate the GDPR regulations and so we recommend that if you experience this issue you report them accordingly.

RESPONSE TO COMPANY REPLY

How can you not send marketing emails and then contradict yourself in the next sentence? Click unsubscribe? You therefore clearly do!

Have forwarded all our emails to Trust pilot who have verified our post. TWICE! I have also reported you to ICO.

If you do not want these reviews stop emailing, unsubscribe us and accept that you have done wrong!

SPAM - see all the other comments here, there's either from genuinely disgruntled business people who are being harassed by this 'firm' or they're made up reviews from the obviously tell-tale single review bots that often have photos that don't match the name.

They're spammers at best and fruadsters at worst and Trustpilot should be setting an example by reporting them to the authorities

I don't need to post the half dozen web contact form messages we've had as they're all the same as the other reviewers here have posted from 'eric jones'

Following up on their reply below.... yes they do send spam; the 'unsubscribe' doesn't work as they send spam through website contact forms and there's no-one to contact - keep an eye out for these swines and get your web-tech support to add their handle to a blocked list

SPAMMERS!!! Yes they do send SPAM emails and acting like they don't. So not only spammers by LIARS too as they want to say they don't send spam mail but have received countless SPAM emails from them and many other complaints have stated the same.

UPDATE FEB 18 2020: Yet AGAIN I have received MORE spam from them. They even go so far as to use my own email address as 'reply to'. They are one of the worst spammers I have had to deal with from a company perspective. Almost two years now and I still get email from these people, no matter how many times I unsubscribe. So now, for every spam I receive, I will post a review stating as much on a reputable site. Case in point: I'm writing this review because today, yet again, another spam mail.

They didn't even have an unsubscribe link in their emails when it started in 2018... just receive am email from them every two months. Makes me wonder how many of these reviews are real. What kind of professional business relies on unsolicited marketing like spamming?

They attempt to have these reviews removed, then when proof is submitted to back up the review, they then respond to these reviews with canned statements.

FYI TalkWithLead: unsolicited emails, whether for marketing or not, constitutes SPAM. It's not the responsibility of the recipient to 'contact (your) support department for help'. It is the responsibility of your business to ensure you are sending emails that are requested by consent. If your product truly had value, you would not need to use these sort off tactics to gain traction with potential customers.
