Not bad but good shipping prices better then most other apps

Big scam, i was trying to work with them, but they are all scamers, be aware even if they try to help you with your droppshipping. Kevin is the worst!

An app with more then 100000 downloads, with a website and hardly any reviews, not on the site, not on products, not on playstore, and a few on trustpilot. That's shady

Many people don't understand Tangbuy's prinzp,
Tangbuy is not like Temu or Aliexpress.

Your orders are sent to Tangbuy's warehouse because Tangbuy buys for you in China, then they can send several products together to your home. Save more shipping and product costs.

I have already made 5 hauls of over 450€ each with Tangbuy without any problems and the support in the Discord is very friendly and helpful.

Bonjour, ils ne sont pas clairs du tout. J'ai passé une commande de 31 USD que j'ai payé avec PayPal, sauf qu'ils ne donnent pas les frais d'envois lors de la commande, c'est seulement après coup que je vois 50 USD de frais d'envois pour un colis qui fait moins d'un kg ! Je demande donc dans la messagerie contact d'annuler la commande vu que les frais d'envois sont beaucoup trop chers. Sauf qu'ils me répondent qu'ils annulent pas les commandes car ils ont ma commande dans leur entrepôt ! Cherchez l'erreur ??? C'est la première fois que je fais face à un site qui ne souhaite pas annuler une commande(même si c'est arrivé très rarement que j'en annule une et cette fois j'avais une très bonne raison de vouloir l'annuler) et qu'en gros je ne serais pas remboursée des 31 USD que j'ai payé !!! Donc j'ai ouvert un litige via paypal. Et bizarrement juste après je vais dans mon Gmail et là, un mail du site me disant "nous avons clôturé votre compte suite à une activité suspecte !" C'est franchement un comble ! Ce sont plutôt eux qui sont suspects de ne pas vouloir annuler ma commande et de ne pas vouloir me rembourser ! PayPal leur donne jusqu'au 30 mars pour répondre au litige et ensuite je devrais contacter le service client avant le 9 avril pour voir ce qu'il sera possible de faire niveau protection d'achat. Franchement je déconseille vraiment ! La pire expérience d'achat sur le net depuis plus de 15 ans.

J’ai commandé des articles que je n’ai jamais reçus. Quand j’ai contacté le service client, ils m’ont répondu avec des messages génériques, du genre "tant pis pour vous". C’était ma première et dernière expérience avec eux.

I'm so glad I found Tangbuy! I ordered a limited edition sneaker that was sold out everywhere else. The shipping was super fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The sneaker is authentic and looks exactly like the photos. Tangbuy's customer service was also very responsive when I had a question. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to purchase items from China
