Don’t waste your money on this irresponsible site that allows people to change their location to anywhere they want. A responsible site would assign a users location by IP address and not allow it to be changed. This site knows there are Nigerian men using stolen pictures of beautiful women from various sites and actively assist them in ripping you off. Anyone from Hong Kong is a crypto scammer trying to steal your money. You could spend five years talking to liars, scammers, low lifes and i guarantee you won’t meet one genuine person. Avoid at all cost! The owners should be in prison and the place closed down.

Okey, for you that don't know is that most people in Tan Tan are real but there is people who dressed up like a girl and try to get us sexual things. Then they threatens people, I had one today that I said "I don't want to send a picture or even talk about sex." Then he or they saw my pickture and yea google it. After that boom they started to threaten me and say "I will post this information" That I have never texted or even sended. Then I preached out to him about our lord and savior Jesus Christ Then he said "I will ruin your life." ect and ect.

This has been my honest and sincere experience using Tantan app as a 53 years old man living in UK and mainly targeting females in their early to mid 30s. Been on the App cumulatively for over 5 years and never met up with a single soul from there:

The women I have matched with on Tantan predominantly fall into one of these categories of which I have NO interest in:

A. Someone claiming they are in dire straits and cannot buy groceries and pester me for money.

B. Someone looking for investors in Crypto or some other financial money making scheme

C. A Call girl, Escort or someone in the Porn industry or masseuse

D. Girls oversea but pretending or lying to be in London UK

E. Women (or possibly men who uploaded beautiful women pics or profile) into some sort of scam or similar

F. Onlyfans girls or girls on Social Media platforms hunting for subscribers or followers.

Allora è un sito composto di profili fake, gente falsa che chiede soldi, una miriade di contatti che non porta a nulla se non alle solite truffe, soldi dati in anticipo con la promessa di venirti a trovare, soldi in cambio di prestazioni virtuali, decine e decine di profili fake ed ore ed ore spesi di chiacchiere inutili. Evitate questo sito come la peste. Rubano solo soldi.

Ich war 1 Monat angemeldet und habe nur für Fake Profile bezahlt. Ich hatte catfish mit falschen Bildern und es wurde versucht mich zu scamming. Tantan hat die Profile nie kontrolliert oder gelöscht. Nie wieder.

As many other users have reported, I had a similar experience. It began with three people showing interest, who quickly persuaded me to switch to WhatsApp instead. Since I wanted to save some money I agreed. All three profiles used the same tactics, long messages telling stories of family tragedies, and the their rise from rags to riches after having invested in crypto and other commodities. Not to mention that to keep you engaged, they were constantly texting you and sending you pictures wearing fancy clothes and driving fancy cars, which evidently shows their true interest.
They also gave me the chance of a breve video chat just to confirm that they were not fake.
Since my suspiciousness kept growing, I decided to run a reverse phone number check which resulted, not to my surprise, that they were in fact scammers and perhaps not coincidentally, their numbers location were within the same are in Oklahoma.
I immediately reported not only to the telephone company but also to the FCC.
I'm still baffled by the fact that neither the FCC or any other law enforcement agency are not more proactive in pursuing this type of crime which has costed users billions of dollars...

Tan Tan is almost entirely full of fake profiles and scammers. All of these fake profiles try to get you to communicate with them via Signal or WhatsApp. Do not trust these fake dirty profiles or this App.

I only subscribed to a one-time VIP account on Tantan and cancelled it the same day. Still, they charged me again later without my consent.

Tantan now claims I started a new VIP subscription on August 24, which is a complete lie. I never authorized any further purchase, neither via the app nor on their website. This feels like intentional deception.

There is no clear separation between app subscriptions (via Google Play) and those on their website – and they use this confusion to their advantage.

I strongly recommend that if you do subscribe, cancel it immediately and then contact their support to get written confirmation of the cancellation. That way, if they charge you again without permission, you have evidence to take legal action.

Tantan is not a trustworthy platform. Their practices are misleading and designed to exploit users. I will take legal steps if this issue is not resolved.

Conclusion: Avoid Tantan VIP at all costs – and if you do try it, document everything carefully.

Soy Nerea y esta aplicación no solamente hay perfiles falsos, o de chicos que te maltratan porque te dan me gusta a tu perfil y no hablan o cambian sus ubicaciones por ejemplo si estaban en Barcelona luego derrepente están en Valencia. Estuve contactando con un chico que desapareció su cuenta, si realmente él me hubiera quitado la coincidencia saldría unmatch en su perfil y no sale hasta el perfil eso es como si yo hubiera desvinculado su perfil y no ha sido así. Alguien entra a mi cuenta a quitarme mis coincidencias porque tiene envidia de mi suerte y se lo digo a los administradores y dicen que se desactivó la cuenta y no todos hacen eso. Por eso me parece raro, por favor bloquead a esta persona acosadora que me siento muy mal e incómoda. Hasta me han molestado por la calle gente joven extranjera y mala.

Bot heaven. Even the verified profiles are bots. Lol

The scammers work together with app, if you report someone they do nothing to her even it's clear, I even give my WhatsApp number to collect information about them show they are fake or scammers.
But if you report then you unmatched them with block then they send you message say that they panilizied them.

There are large number of profiles, but i am not sure if most are real or fake .Also i can change my location to focus on knowing people at location that i want to go to .

Out of so many likes i get , when i message those whom i also like, 99.9999 % either dont reply back or they reply back only with a one word reply or 2 words reply, hence making it impossible to make any friendship. Hence i suspect that many of the members or profiles are bot or fake profiles, who cant reply to my questions but only reply with a standard 1 word or 2 words reply to me .

Another very huge problem is that as there is no computer web version of Tantan, hence its hard to type on app on tiny phone, so most people likely feel its inconvenient to type in much description into their profile on app .

The owner should have a computer web version so members can use the desk top computer instead of tiny phone and currently, members are forced to use tiny phone app,

where typing is 100 times slower than typing on computer website page.

I feel the Tantan app is a disappointment and very very inconvenient to use on phone since website version would be 1000 times better .

Full of scams and prostitues. There is not 1 single real woman on there. Complete scam app with world class scammers.

I spent 6 months on this app — both in Asia and in the US. Out of maybe 200 “women” I conversed with, one or two were normal people seeking to make friends as the Tantan app advertises. All the others fell into one of these categories: 1 scammers who try to get victims to send money or bank info. 2 women (?) advertising for restaurants, bars, or massage services. 3 prostitutes. It’s kind of interesting in an entertainment sense to get on it and encounter this nonsense, but since this app mainly attracts scammers and prostitutes, that’s what you will get.
