Company is a complete scam. I ordered towards the end of April. Ain’t seen nothing. Been in contact Begging them to call me. They will email Back. I am asking for a refund.... nothing. They gave me a usps tracking # But that was last updated early June with ‘waiting for package’ it is now mid July no refund, no product.

After my first package was lost somehow that I ordered early April 2020, they then sent me another one that arrived July 13th 2020. I opened it to find that it was a basic bedsheet with a print on it that isn’t luxurious & nice at all. I was hoping to hang this so called beautiful tapestry in my bedroom but both my partner and I put it up to find what appeared to be water marks throughout or bad printing perhaps like a bleed in the colours on the fabric. And Sunlight light goes straight through it the polyester bed sheet is translucent.
We can’t do anything with it and they charged us US dollars. As Australians it basically cost $60 for a printed bed sheet that’s not art and Not really a bed sheet either so we won’t use it.
This company is a Chinese company everything comes from China. And whilst they email you back about lost shipments To string you along, the quality Of product is terrible. I read a review below that a teacher is happy to hang hers in her class room and perhaps that’s ok because she doesn’t mind the bad quality being wrecked potentially by children playing. This is not a tapestry for your home though. It is not a piece of art you would want to hang. The images on the website are not how the prints come and therefore I feel this is a scam to make money from a Chinese company. They constantly run a closing sale on their website and have for months now. They’re not closing. They print the bed sheets as orders come in, in China. I don’t believe they’re a US company designing anything. They do not have social media either so you can not write bad reviews there at all. Nor can you write reviews on their website. Don’t be fooled if you see a Facebook ad for Tapestry hut, it’s not a luxurious product and you should NOT buy it.

Ordered late April, now it's July, I haven't received anything. Scam.

I ordered 5 tapestries on 10th May,,which I finally received 7weeks later. The delay was due to Covid-19 as I'm sure it would have arrived much sooner.
I found the tapestries to be more like a printed sarong. Nothing like what I thought a tapestry is. Certainly would not pay full price for theses items. The 'Shop' app was helpful in tracking parcel. Every email sent was answered within 24hrs from dealninjas.
However, relieved I did receive them after all this time.
Reading reviews from others were disheartening, I thought I had been scammed. I hope they eventually receive their orders.

They lost my first package then sent my second one to the wrong address and will not refund my money. They are a joke! Don't buy anything from them! They will steal your money.

The image for the item I purchased was leaps and bounds off from what I actually got. Low resolution image printed on cheap cloth so thin you can see straight through it. All of the images were different colours from the original with zero shading or badly distorted and some pictures were missing from the cloth entirely. When I contacted them I was told they'd follow up with their team and I could have 10% off my next purchase... why would I buy something else if they have already accepted that WHAT YOU BUY IS NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE.

Order came in 4 weeks, shipped straight from China. Nothing like described or shown in the pictures on the website. Just a low resolution picture printed on table cloth.

The customer service was non-existent, basically. Other than reassuring emails of complete bull. I have no review on the product because I still haven’t received it, I ordered it mid April. I still haven’t even received the replacement tracking number that was sent in May once the first order was lost. At this point my concern is whether or not they’re going to refund my order. Based on my experience and others on this review page, this company is not to be trusted with your credit card information.

Ordered at the start of April. Just arrived today, nearly 3 months. They try and make it seem like they are situated in the US, and are using US made products. They are made in China and fairly low quality. They are much smaller than what the pictures represent. I also got the smaller size. I ordered the big one, but got the small, at this point its not even worth the effort to try and get the correct one.

Them not accepting paypal should of been where it ended when I saw that. No proper company doesn't accept paypal. Makes it much harder to scam people when they have that there, I assume they are relying on people not filing chargebacks as it is alot more hassle than opening a paypal case.

I ordered a product and I am completely disappointed at the quality. It is not at all what I expected. I now see that they have a no return policy. I can only assume that they have this policy because they know that everyone that buys from them will have definitely returned the low quality goods.

Complete misrepresentation. Product completely not as presented or promoted. Cheap because it is made of cheap printed poor quality fabric - not a tapestry and not of the size specified. Total dissatisfaction - this is a scam.

Yes 5 stars! Ordered 2 months ago! Amazingly, my order arrived today! It's all exactly what I ordered. Wow!! Sure thought I got scammed outta $51. Just took lots longer to arrived, but it got here.

Ordered April 28th had not heard anything by late May. Contacted them for a refund as i had not even received a shipping confirmation. They would not refund, but did provide a shipping number. As far as I can tell by the shipping number given it has still not left China. It's been 65 days. I have asked again for a refund before pursing a reversal of charges via my credit card company.

This company is a scam, I order last April and it's the first week of July and the item is nowhere to be found, tracking number is God damned bogus and still awaiting response for a refund request. Facebook should be sued for allowing dubious companies advertising on their site and duping people into non existent products or services.
