Hello Roy. It seems as if this order is still showing as being processed on our system. The issue is a customs issue exporting from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands, nothing to do with us. We will cancel the order and refund you immediately. Customs issues are beyond our control, and we cannot always navigate these issues on behalf of overseas customers.

Easy site, average courier
Easy to navigate site, items dispatched as suggested and courier kept us informed as to delivery date and time.
Negatives: despite being in, we never heard courier try knocking at door or ringing bell. They left parcel (partly hidden) outside door and being close to the footpath, could easily have been snaffled. It wasn’t, so a comment and not a full blown rant from me!

Thanks so much for your feedback. We use UPS as our courier for deliveries, as they have an overall high customer satisfaction rating. However, we are not able to control what happens with our shipments once released from the distillery, and are glad that despite the fact that the package was on display, you received it as expected. We will let UPS know of your feedback, and hope you enjoy our premium craft spirits.

We had called in while we in the Leyburn and sampled their amazing products,
with what we purchased on the day all gone we ordered more on the web site
and the service was very good, delivered within two days and securely packed.
We will defiantly be ordering again.

Ordered one day, delivered the next, can’t get better service than. The products are first class also just hope we can avoid drinking them before Christmas!

Absolutely gorgeous gin. I was given the elderflower gin for Christmas and it was delicious. I now have the signature gin to try and I cannot wait.

Great taste! I went for the Signature gin and it was lovely and I will be recommending it to friends. It pairs well with grapefruit, Indian tonic and lots of ice. 100% will buy again.
