Everything was seamless from ordering to delivery. The hamper was the perfect gift for a newly engaged couple. Would happily use them again.

Easy to order from the Tastebuds website even though we are in the UK. Hamper was delivered in good time. Very happy with this part of the experience.
Unfortunately the gift card was not included so the recipient was unaware of who had sent them the gift. It also spoiled the surprise of announcing our upcoming trip to visit friends we had not seen for many years. Will use Tastebuds again but hopefully all parts of the hamper can be included next time.

Tastebuds customer service is second to none. They delivered exactly what I ordered and were so accommodating when I had to change the delivery date at the last minute.

Before placing an order I called to make sure a delivery could be done for a particular day. I was told place the order & call me back so I can put a day/date you would like. Done exactly that called back he put a note when it is to be delivered. I get a notification the day before it’s to be delivered,saying it’s on its way & will be delivered between 11am-1pm WTF!!
I called to tell them it’s supposed to be delivered TOMORROW!! He done nothing to help the situation. I wouldn’t not have minded if it was for an adult- but it is for my 7 yr old Granddaughter!!!!
Moral of the story, even doing what they said to do…. & they still get it wrong!
I won’t make the same mistake twice!!

Website errors resulted in me being double charged. I was immediately told a refund would be processed, yet it took months of chasing, emails and follow ups to actually get some of my money back. The lack of urgency and accountability was extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service. this is actually the worst business I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely terrible service from this company, the quality of the product was very poor and items were missing from it. My grandson was so disappointed . 110 dollars wasted. No customer service worth talking about and previous emails ignored. Do not buy from them

Tastebuds delivered incorrect goods for its partner company Healthy Hampers and they could not resupply. Healthy Hampers eventually offered a refund but 7 emails, 8 phone calls and 17 days later, no refund has been made. Useless service. Useless systems. Avoid. Beware

I ordered my sisters birthday gift Payed the extra for same day delivery and guess what she didn’t receive it. So disappointed with the company as I payed the extra 19.95 Was told they could put 5.00 credits on my next order I asked for it to be put back in to my bank account and they couldn’t do that. Ordered Christmas hamper for my brother and his wife, paid express delivery. It did arrive prior to Christmas, however when it was opened, wife opened one of the chocolates and it had a maggot crawling around in the wrapper, the rest of the hamper went in the bin along with the $120+ money paid. Sent email to Tastebuds with pictures of the chocolate and creature inside along with request for a refund. To date NO RESPONSE has been received, very disappointing to pay for a service and it not be fulfilled or even refunded for poor product.

Ordered a hamper for my family in Australia for Christmas. Specified a delivery date which they ignored. A box arrived which was unwrapped on the big day….this turned out to be the wrong hamper, with a birthday card inside. Despite requesting a replacement hamper customer service is non existent, slow and unhelpful. Opening a dispute with cc company

I’d give 0 stars & that would still be more than this company deserves. Their customer service isn’t just unsatisfactory; it’s non-existent. I should’ve learnt my lesson the first time I used them & got nothing but apathy when the order wasn’t delivered to the address but sent to a post office location for pickup. Unfortunate for my father who couldn’t leave the hospital as he was recovering from back surgery.
But I decided to give them another go (to the tune of $240) as they offered me the option to create my own custom hamper & offer 2 biz days shipping if ordered before a certain time.
Did all that; money was taken from my account, I was sent a tracking number that wasn’t recognized by the courier. When I repeatedly tried to contact someone using multiple contact options I wasn’t even brushed off this time; I was completely & utterly ignored.
My order sat for a full day & a half at their warehouse before it was even handed to the shipping partner despite them communicating the day I ordered it that it was complete & “shipped”. No idea if it will be delivered in time & looking at other reviews I’m not confident it will. So don't be fooled; they don’t even stand by their own shipping promise.
There are plenty of other companies that do this exact same service; save your time, money & patience & order from them instead.

Very unhappy with my hamper as 5 items were missing and despite numerous emails have not heard a thing from their customer services.
Do not buy from this company and read the reviews which I should have done !

Very disappointed in this shop. We were very excited to order a birthday gift for our daughter one week before her birthday. They advertised fast shipping but it ended up taking three weeks to be delivered. They claimed that the package could not be delivered at first due to an incorrect address, which is not true. Therefore the package could not be delivered and we had to contact the post on our own, and after a lot of back and forth she had to pick the package up herself and hour drive away at the airport! Terrible service and on top of that the stuffed animal looked nothing like the picture so they also do false advertising. When we reached out to customer service we only received a “sorry for the inconvenience.”
Watch out before you order here.
