Tate Oil Avaliações

Tate Oil are one of our main fuel suppliers, they are always reliable & prices are reasonable. We are a Global Crane Company and more often than not we order fuel at short notice & Carl Timmins, our Key Account Manager, always manages to supply. Highly recommended

Stacey always checks out if we're OK with our fuel which makes my job much easier.
I have always found her to be very personable and reliable .
PROACTIVE - HONEST - RELIABLE.
What else can I say?

We have been purchasing domestic fuel for 10 years now and Stacey Cousins was the first person we spoke to, she was friendly, efficient and very easy to deal with, she takes time to get to know her customers and build relationships. I wouldn't dare speak to anyone else :-)

As a NHS Trust, we have used Tate Oil for a while now. Recently we have a new building running off generators while we sort mains power. However, we didn`t get off to a good start with fuel deliveries. For some reason we kept being left short on our litres. That said our rep, Stacey Cousins continued to try and sort out the issues with the deliveries to site. Eventually, it was sorted. I`m hopeful now we get our fuel every 3 days as planned and the building doesn`t get plunged into darkness! Well done Stacey for keeping in contact at all times.

The service Tate oil delivers is 1st class.
Matt always offers us the best price & contacts us before the extra busy times.

Mollies was extremely helpful in sorting a delivery when let down by another firm
Also followed up to check the delivery and to check whether we needed any more delivered

I would like to say thank you to Ben at your Otley Branch for all the help he gave me for getting a special delivery to our Church in time for a Funeral service which we were having The urgency was because we had had our oil stolen and we had no heating for that ocassion Your attention on this ocassion was fantastic

I've just landed back from Italy, realised we were very low on oil (fumes!!!), and thanks to Stacy, we are getting a delivery, so we don't freeze (arrrgh), I don't know why I am surpised that you've saved our lives, we always get excellent service from Tates (especially from Stacey who we tend to deal with most of the time)...,
who needs other oil companies, NOT US!!!!

Tate Oil are amazing. I've just checked my oil and realised I was running on fumes. I called Tate Oil and they said they could deliver within a week, which isn't bad but not soon enough given my situation. I explained this to Sam (not sure of surname but top Irish accent) who promised to go and see if anything could be done. He then called me back as promised with a next day delivery slot. Absolutely brilliant and very much appreciated.

We have used Tate Oil for years and converse with Stacey Cousins on a regular basis, clear and precise communication, also deliver on time, great company to work with and great account manager.
