Good communication, hedging plants look healthy.

Kept informed,prompt delivery.Good hedges

Good comms pre-delivery and excellent customer care afterwards. The Portuguese Laurels look great.

From start to finish everything went well, the Cherry Laurel are good strong specimens and look great in our garden.

The only reason i downgraded my experience was the delivery. Company bragged it would arrive on the day i requested and indeed it did. However i had delivery messages from the shipping company the day previous notifying me it was out for delivery a day early and as there was no way to contact them i had to change my plans and be available at home. Really annoying.

Professional, reassuring and enthusiastic!

Great quality plants. Very good delivery and value for money. Fantastic service overall.

Amazing quality, all delivered perfectly considering they are 7ft high,All now in and they look fabulous.Custer service with this company was excellent and always so helpful .Will definitely oder again.

Prompt delivery with great-looking rootball plants. Detailed planting and care instructions, What's not to like?

Great website, easy to use & order. Really good customer service, it’s so good to be able to actually speak to a person! Good delivery, again great communication from the delivery company and helpful friendly driver. So pleased with the hedging we received, good strong healthy trees. Highly recommended all round 😊

Great company, good price for our Laurel hedge. The plants were very healthy and exactly as described.

All excellent product and service communication

The cherry laurel and photinia red robin were lovely bushes. Very helpful when we needed to change the order. Very good advice given in emails and sent with the plants. Highly recommend this nursery.

The quality of the Laurel was very, very good, compared with another Hedging D company; the free compost and feed was a bonus and delivery was flexible and straightforward.

Good plants and it was nice to have a personal acknowledgement of my order. Plants arrived in a healthy condition and were as advertised.

Only thing that let them down was the couriers. We asked for delivery on Tuesday as we were offered various delivery dates, the couriers contacted us on Wednesday with a 2 hour time slot - They didn't deliver that day and I had to chase delivery up which eventually was Thursday.

Communication was excellent. The delivery was faultless and the driver's service was superb. The trees were well wrapped on the pallet. The trees were in tiptop condition. Planting information was clear and comprehensive.

Ordered 60 * 125-150cm rootball Cherry Laurel bushes in August for delivery on 20 October. They arrived on the right day; in very good condition and competitively priced. Well packaged - great product. It would be a 5-star rating except for the delivery notifications on the day. Phoned for an estimated time at 11:30 but told to ring again after 12:00. Rang again at 12:00 but still no delivery time available. Email received at 12:28 from the courier with a time slot of 12:22 to 13:38, ie after the earliest delivery time. They arrived just a few minutes later.

People worry about buying online and rightly so with all the scams. Hedges Hedges have been nothing but honest and professional.
